    I am so happy today that i past the self taught examination that mean i can gratulate

    from junior college.Although it took me selveral years,it's a good things for.But for

    the certificate have no mean for me now ,it's just a challege for me ,for my self-confidence.

     Anyway it a good begining for this year ,i will be work hard forever.

     and thanks all the friend that leave message for me ,thank your words and encourages.

    虽然母亲节过了有几天了,但还是有些话想说.况且今天也是我爸爸的生日,虽然我不知道父亲节是什么时候.

    但我觉得孝敬父母不是光靠一个节日就够的,父母给于子女的爱永远多于子女的.因为他们是每时每刻点点滴滴汇成的.我想孝敬父母长辈也应该天天日日用你的真心去爱戴,他们也足够了.,

    That must be the story of innumerable couples,and the pattern of life it offers has a homely grace.It reminds you of a placid rivulet,meandering smoohtly through green pastures and shaded by pleasant trees,till at last it falls into the vasty sea;but the sea is so calm,so silent,so infifferent,that you are troubled suddently by a vague uneasiness.Perhaps it is only by a kink in my nature,strong in me even in those days,that i felt in such an existence,the share of the great majority,something amiss.I recognized its social value.I saw its ordered happiness,but a fever in my blood asked for a wilder course.There seemed to me something alarming in such easy delights.In my heart was desire to live more dangerously.I was not unprepared for jagged rocks and treacherous,shoals it I could only have change-change and the exicitement of unforeseen.
    这一定是世间无数对夫妻的生活写照,这种生活模式给人一种天伦之美。它使人想起一条平静的溪流,蜿蜒畅游过绿茵的草场,浓荫遮蔽,最后注入烟波浩渺的汪洋大海;但是大海太过平静,太过沉默,太过不动声色,你会突然感到莫名的不安。也许这只是我自己的一种怪诞想法,在那样的时代,这想法对我影响很深:我觉得这像大多数人一样的生活,似乎欠缺了一点儿什么。我承认这种生活有社会价值,我也看到了它那井然有序的幸福,但我血液里的冲动却渴望一种更桀骜不驯的旅程.这样的安逸中好像有一种叫我惊惧不安的东西.我的心渴望一种更加惊险的生活。只要生活中还能有变迁———以及不可知的刺激,我愿意踏上怪石嶙峋的山崖,奔赴暗礁满布的海滩。

    Don't Forget About Micronutrients


    I stressed in a previous entry on macronutrients that carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are all essential components of a healthy diet. But some other substances found in food - vitamins, minerals, and trace elements called micronutrients - are equally important for a balanced diet.

    Micronutrients are crucial to maintaining health but, as their name implies, are needed in only very small amounts. While these substances do not provide the body with energy, they do help it produce the hormones and enzymes needed for normal function, growth, and development.

    Just about any vitamin or mineral required in small amounts by the body (generally less than 100 milligrams per day) can be considered a micronutrient. Here are just two of many important micronutrients that we may take for granted:

    Vitamin A, with a recommended daily intake of 900 micrograms per day, is typically found in yellow, dark orange, and green fruits and vegetables such as oranges, sweet potatoes, and spinach, and in animal sources like liver, eggs, and kidneys.

    In addition, most fat-free milk products and dried nonfat milk solids sold in the United States are fortified with vitamin A to replace the amounts lost when the fat is removed. When adding vitamin A to your diet, it is important to remember that animal sources of vitamin A are better absorbed and used more efficiently by the body than plant sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A plays an important role in vision, bone growth, and immune system health.

    Zinc's recommended daily intake is 8-11 milligrams per day. It is required for cell growth, wound healing, and proper immune function. Get your zinc from meat, seafood, eggs, milk, and whole grains.

    Fortunately, many foods sold in the United States are fortified with micronutrients such as Vitamin C, folic acid, and vitamin D; deficiencies are more often a problem in developing countries today.

    However, if your diet is not well balanced, you may still need to take a supplement to meet your daily needs. Do discuss any supplements with your health care provider ahead of time to make sure it is safe and effective, and won't interact with any medications you may be taking.

    11,The honest evidence of our love is our commitment to encouraging another's full development.

    12,Love eans having a want for a person i love with have a need for the pserson in order to be complete.

    13,love means indentifying with the person i love ,if i love you i can empathize with you ,and see the world through your eyes love in selfish .I give you love iis by fully enjoying myself with you .

    14,love involves seeing the potential with in the person we love .
