my local dishes are municipally famous, originated from the traditional cuisine style of ethnics, which is satisfying to eye, nose, and palate.
　　The main characteristics of the cuisine are: (1) Different varieties and tastes; (2) Cooking skill (3) Being famous for spiciness, neither too sweet nor too sore.
　　“Three Dishes of Jiangchuan ” ( namely chicken, mutton and fish)
