how to became a successful manager?

In my views, I will support the idea through three questions :

1,what is the successful manager?

2,what should the  successful manager acquire the necessary abilities?

3,I , to be successful manager,what can I do now?

successful manager came from a wide variety of backgrounds and possess an equally wide variety of traits and skills.To be a successful manager,as far as I am concerned,we need have eight basic fators,character,inititives,desire to sever people,intellect,awareness of perception,foresight and vision,open-mindness and flexbility,persuasiveness.besides,a certain of sense of responsibilities is neccessary.If I were you,I'm lucky to became a successful manager after graduation in my future,from now on,I have to study hard more professional knowledges,such as economics,accounting,statisticing,and so on.come on!
