Obviously tea should be more necessary than smoke. Like a dog, smoking is more for entertainment than for living. The proverb 知足常乐，just highlights the temperance against smoke and alchol which will do harm to our health.

知足-- less desire for harmful and expensive entertainment.

常乐-- a happy and long life with good health.
