Desperate Housewives

Recently, I am watching " Desperate Housewives" . It's really a classic. If you like "Friends" , you will definitely like this " Desperate Housewives", as it's more realistic. It adds some sort of responsibilities, say, responsibility to their family, their children, their friends, etc.

From these four ladies you can learn a lot , like them or not.

Gabrielle is my favorate character. Her neighbors all admire her. She is young, beautiful and wealthy. But they don't realize her loneliness and feeling of lack of security. Yes, she has a husband (Carlos) who loves her; she has lots of nice jewellery. But she can't be happy for all these things. She doesn't appreciate the diamond she recieved from her husband. What she wants, as she said, is a surprise from him. So she is lonely. She is longing for pursuing happiness. That's why she goes out with John. But, after she having done all these no good things, I still feel she doesn't betray her marriage. She still love Carlos. I can see that. And I like Carlos too. He is even one of my favorate husbands in the serial. It's really a pity for their divorce. I hope they can remarry again. But I must state, I don't hate John--the poor and unmature good guy.

About Susan, my roommates hate her very much. They say she is crazy. They think if she is 18 years old, they may accept her innocence. But she is in her 30s. They don't know why so many incidents just occur to her. Why can't she just walk in a proper way? Why can't she just do a single successful thing? And why so many men like her? What can I say on their comments? I can only say these are their thoughts. Maybe, she is crazy, I confess. But she is ,in her own words, adorable crazy. It can be accept positively, doesn't it? And still, one more thing, I like her Mike.

Oh, Lynette, everybody who knows her will say it's a pity for her to give up her job and join the list of housewives. You know, she is a superwoman. She was so successful on her job. But now , she is trapped by all the boring houseworks and her naughty&troublesome boys. They are the most tough kids. But Tom's love is a great comfort to her.

It's Bree's turn now. Honestly, I don't like this kind of women. They are elegant, neat. They have their own exclusive valve. They seem to be perfect. But that's the very reason why I don't like them, or even people don't like them. They are too serious, pay too much attention to their behavīor. Their attitude will bring pressure to the people around. You can't deny she is a poor woman. Who can connect a woman with happiness when her husband has an affair and her children don't like her as well?
