changes are good thing

I have thinked about changeing my job for months.so, you can understand how happy i feeled when a company which i like very much came to me and gave me an offer yesterday.

Now i can quit from the company which i still stay in.sometimes i feel guilty to my manager who teach me a lot of my currente job, but,the company treat it's employees so bad, so i have to go.although i know i will not get my own 6000 yuan money back .the company keep half of our bonus in it's hand,to prevent from it's employees leaving thing.the only thing i should say is , it made me sick, and the company just can get the opposite result by doing that.there's many many other things i feel uncomfortable about it .

I feel good now , i won't stay in there any more
