professional knowledge

After i intered a new company,i realized how important to know the professional knowledge for a employee.or you won't know well about their work process and operational workflow.

I begin to learn these things,it's difficult ,it's about tools and geognosy and other thing else. I should say, it's boring.It's hard for people who have other professional knowledge but not geognosy at all.

I try to get familiar with everything,but i'm too busy... everyday, i get to work from the time i arrive office to when i have to leave.everyday, i got the same work, same contents about job,same working flow, and talk to many many people as a coordinator...

A little tired, but in every foreign company,people all do the same thing everyday,that's the method they manager their company.and the method for all employees work in their company.

But i'm happy, i got time to do what i want, i got some chance to do what i really want to do,because i have neither the time or money to do anything i want in the past.
