the new tern is beginning .I will give lessons to two classes. Although the two classes are not the best ,most of the students are even weaker than all the others in English study. That means I will meet many difficulties when i try to teach them and my teaching results will be the last in our grade  But I think I will do my best to catch up with others ,after all it's a new start for me as well as the studeents.

It's the end of this term . Now i am relaxed again . Because another young teacher takes the place of mine . The leader said that it's because of my illness, but others don't think so . The young teacher is more excellent than me .So I feel a little upset. I don't know how to avoid such a kind of feeling .
