How to improve myself?

As an english teacher in a middle school, I spend all my time giving lessons, correcting homework or papers, prepare lessons and other school things. Recently I often feel that I can't do nothing but teaching and my english is so limited. I hope to get back what I learned in the University and improve myself further, but I seem to be busy every day. I don't want to have only middle school english left. But the pressure from the work makes me put off my plan again and again.
