hope to meet a wise leader

when i was a child, i was too shy. i was afriend to speak in front of other people.i didn't change a little until i graduated from university. now i have worked for ten years, but i still don't know how to get on with others. i am easygoing and i have good friends. but my friend circle is too limited. i don't like to speak before others.i work hard but my leaders seem to pay more attention to the relationships .how i hope i cam meet a wise leader!
