The Mid-Autumn Day

The moon is in the sky   月挂苍穹，

Pure and bright         纯洁而又明亮

Gentle and white       温柔而洁白

For the kids           对孩子来说

It is the big moon cake which taste good as candy;   它是糖果一样美味的月饼，

The moonlight taste sweet, 月光是甜的，

And the wind of that day is full of dreaming;  那天的风满是梦想。

For the mom and dad    对爸爸妈妈来说，

It is the face of the son who is far away  他是远方儿子的脸庞

The moonlight is sour    月光是酸的，

And the wind of that day is full of missness;  那天的风满是思念

For the Athletes     对于健儿来说，

It is the medal that he will win and seek for  那是他为之奋斗的奖牌，

The moonlight taste salt  月光是酸的，

And the wind of that day is full of sweat  那天的风满是汗水。

For the old man      对于老人而言，

It is the old picture  which is deep in the heart  它是心灵深处的旧照片，

The moonlight taste spicy   月光是辣的，

And the wind of that day is full of memory  那天的风满是回味和感慨万千。

For me who is sigle in the alien city   对于身在异乡的我来说，

It is the eyes whose love me deeply   它是深爱着我的人的眼睛，

Contemplating me, blessing me and trusting me  注视着我，祝福我， 相信我，

The moonlight is the vision of lover and the hopeness 月光是爱人和希望的目光，

Although it taste bitter      尽管它是苦涩的，

And the wind of that day is full of unknown 那天的风充满未知。

That is the moon in the Mid-Autumn Day 这就是中秋的月亮，

For different people it taste different   苦辣酸甜任人品尝

Sweet, sour, salt, spicy, and bitter respectively

The moon is round   月亮是圆的

No bigenning     没有开始

No ending       没有终点

And eveything is in the circling 一切都在轮回中消长，

Happy and sorrow just depends on your mind. 悲喜只在一念间。
