　　Some people think that passion and work are not supposed to mix. After all, we work to make a living, not to feed our souls, right?

　She says your passion is part of your "core essence（精神内核）" - your talents, your gifts, and all of the things that make you who you are. Your passion is your life force or energy. "It's a part of you that you bring to everything you do," she adds.

　　But, your true passions never go away; sometimes, you just have to rediscover them.

　　想重新找回工作和生活的激情？Here are some of Miller's tips to help you discover - or rediscover - your passions and live the life you were meant to live.

　　1. Reflect on your past (回顾你的过去).

　　Miller says a great way to identify your real passions is to think about your life, especially your childhood, and identify things that you love. What has given you the most joy? What comes easily to you? Think about your favorite subjects in school or your favorite games as a child. If you loved playing with puppets or putting on plays, you might have a starved performer inside you waiting to get out. Once you identify your predilections (爱好), you can figure out how to utilize them. For example, the person who is yearning to perform can find opportunities at work for public speaking. "A lot of our passions are right there in front of us," Miller says.

　　2. Identify your dreams (明确你的梦想).

　　If you want to uncover your passions, you need to identify your dreams. Make a list of things that you long to do, things you would do if you had nothing to lose. Miller says it is important to challenge your assumptions. Maybe your dream is to be a dancer on Broadway. Identifying this might not get you all the way to New York City, but it will point you in the right direction. Don't leave something off the list because you think it is not feasible. Sometimes just being willing to identify your dreams opens you up to something new.

　　3. Look for opportunities to nurture your passions (寻找培养激情的机会).

　　Miller suggests picking up a course catalogue from a community college. Look through the classes offered and mark each that elicits a strong reaction in you. Give yourself the opportunity to follow these reactions. If you get a feeling about something, try it. If you are interested in the arts, take an art appreciation class. If you dream of being a photographer, take a photography course. Sing, dance, write - do whatever you feel drawn to. "You have to be willing to do some experimentation," she says.

　　4. Build a world and lifestyle around your passions (为自己的激情创造适宜的环境和生活方式).

　　Miller says that everyone needs to follow the things that motivate and inspire us. She uses the analogy of a seed. Each of us is born with an inner seed and this is where our passions lie. If this seed is deserted, never watered and deprived of sunlight, it will not grow. But, if it is planted in the right environment, it will bloom. Like that seed, you need to put yourself in the right environment. If you yearn to be creative, a conservative corporate environment might not be the best choice. "Look for a work environment that fosters who you really are," says Miller. Once you do, you will find that your passions are able to be expressed more freely, which will lead to more opportunities.

　　Learning how to live your passion takes time, exploration and the willingness to take chances. The important thing is to start now. "This life is not a dress rehearsal(彩排)," says Miller. "You need to put something in your life that gives you joy."

I just woke up and thought about it is the time which I need to write something. I love the life here like this. Sleep early and wake up early. It makes me feel like the day becomes longer and the life is more healthy. I used to be a night owl. It is hard to change it for me in spite of I hate myself like that a lot. Especially I become a thoroughly night owl every time the assignments' deadline is coming although I know that it isn't a good way to learn. But also the assignments gave me a chance to change. Cuz I never ever want to get back to the life which before the assignments' deadline. 

It has been almost three years in weihai. Some says life here is quite boring. Luckily, we, huihui and I, never feel like that. But with hh, everything will be easy. wang said I'm a lucky bastard. Bastard is a bad word, but I still feel happy and I know how lucky I am with hh.

The past couple months have really been important to me. Get used to a different people and a different toue is never easy, I think I am getting better now than when I just came here. I've learnt a lot of things which are not only in the books. Things always change. People always change. Fortunately, we are still who we are.

Thanks to my parents who gave me the opportunity to go more places and taste things which I never seen in my life before in this world. And also, thanks to hh who always accompanies me. I love you all!

         

Each day in weihai holds colorful new promise. First the tiny white flowers of the Service berry trees emerg in March, then, as they fade, the crab apple trees and the cherry trees begin their show. Gardens and flowerboxes all over, weihai become alive with colorful life as everyone sheds the memories of winter and look towards the springtime promise of warmth.

I am one who loves this time of year the most. It truly lifts my heart and mind to see the gray earth renew itself with color. Summer's heat will come soon enough but for now I love the cool of the mornings and the gentle warmth of the late afternoons, without worry of bugs and tall weeds or the smell of overheated bodies.

I have been out and about my 'home town' of rizhao trying to document this most romantic city in shandong provice. I will create a video journal of my time here, what I saw, what I love about this community and how I spent my time here. Futures are ever uncertain, I have learned and although my plans are to stay for a while longer, I am aware that life can take a turn, sending me off on another path, in the blink of an eye. That's how I wound UP here. An opportunity presented itself, the door stood open and I stepped through.

                                                    

After a hearty  breakfast we headed to the cable cars that took one to the top of the liugong island. We were in awe of the views of the ocean wave, but once up to the top of the mountains were transported into a martial world. I even suffered a short spell of  sickness.

　　Chicane：减速弯道；这个英文单词的中文直译是"诈骗"的意思，但在F1赛车中，指的是在直线赛道上设置的连续弯道，用来降低赛车的车速。

　　Hairpin：发夹弯道；难度非常高，车手驾控非常棘手的弯道，通常是180度象发夹似的弯道路段。

　　Dirty air：乱流；急驶中的赛车所产生的不同方向、不同角度的气流。乱流会干扰紧随其后的其他赛车所产生的气流，从而影响（减少）空气流动中所产生的下压力，这就会使紧随其后的赛车驾控受到影响，赛车有可能会打滑失控。

　　Down force：下压力 ；赛车的车身，车翼及悬吊系统在高速行驶的过程中，因空气流动的作用而产生向下的压力。下压力随着赛车速度的增加会产生的更强，从而使赛车的抓地力增强。

　　Wind tunnel：风洞 ；用于开发赛车的空气动力学套件，它的目的是在保证赛车获得足够下压力的情况下所受的空气阻力最小，以提高赛车的速度和高速行驶的稳定性。风洞由于运转需要巨大的能量和配备精密的电子仪器量，所以开支极其巨大。

　　Grid：排位；赛车决赛时起跑的排列位置，是按照排位赛的比赛结果而排列确定的。赛车排列置于两赛车交错的行列，最前端的赛车领先下一辆赛车有8米远的间隔距离。

　　Starting grid：起跑排位 ；根据车手的赛车在排位赛的成绩来排定其赛车的起跑的位置。

　　Pole position：杆位 ；又称为P.P.，由周六下午排位赛取得的名次而定，以赛车所跑单圈最快的成绩来确定车手在决赛起跑时最前面的排头位。

　　Qualifying：排位赛；分为两部分，分别在周五和周六进行，每辆赛车只能做一圈排位。周五排位赛发车的顺序按照前一站比赛成绩（新赛季首站按上一年世锦赛成绩）。周六排位赛发车顺序按照周五排位赛得出名次的倒顺序，即慢车先排位，快车最后排位。决赛排位是以周六的排位赛名次成绩为准，第一名的赛车手决赛起跑位置称为杆位。

　　Paddock：装备区；设在赛事赛道的起跑位附近，这是车队管理和休息区及运输车辆停放的地方。

　　Pit：维修区；用于车队摆放赛车并在比赛前调试赛车以及比赛时完成进站维修等工作的地方，这是车队比赛周末工作的核心地。

　　Pit lane：维修道；经过特殊设计的在维修站前的通道，是赛车从维修站进入赛道或离开赛道返回维修站的通道。维修道是有严格速度限制的路段，一般速度限制在80-120公里/时速( 即每小时50-74英哩)，不同的赛道有不同的限速规定。

　　Pit stop：停站；车手加油及换轮胎的地方，进维修站的时机及次数是每个车队比赛的重要策略。

　　Slicks：光头胎；在干燥路面上使用的没有胎纹的赛车轮胎，也称“干胎”。光头胎于1998年的赛季前被有四条直纹沟槽的轮胎（干胎）给取代了，这些沟槽是用来降低赛车过弯道时的速度。

　　Pit crew：后勤维修人员；指在维修区负责车队的工程师和技师。

　　Race number：赛车号码；在新赛季之前FIA会根据前一年的车手排名，给予每辆F1赛车一个号码，此号码必须是很清楚地展示于车体的车鼻翼两侧。13这个数字西方人特别忌讳，因此在赛车号码中，是没有13号的。

　　Safety car：安全车；是一辆闪着黄色车灯的奔驰车，车身贴有Safety Car的标志。安全车的驾驶者很有经验，车上装有与控制台联络的通讯系统。

I might write pages on the importance of learning very early in life to gain that point where a young boy can stand erect, and decline doing an unworthy act because it is unworthy. If I were a boy again, I would demand of myself more courtesy towards my companions and friends, and indeed towards strangers as well. The smallest courtesies along the rough roads of life are like the little birds that sing to us all winter long, and make that season of ice and snow more endurable. Finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, I would , if I were a boy again, I would still try harder to make others happy.

I think i can be a good man in the future because i have discovered many good parents are usually hard-working and they like their children to become clever people in the future so they often teach their children in special ways, i.e. parents know how to let their children learn by themselves.

i live in a family which is not very rich. My father is an engineer and my mother is out of work. For me, they always save money to pay for my study and they never have luxuries because they want to buy better things to let me eat better, libe better and play better, But they do not want to spoil me although they like me very much. They always teach me how to be a real person in my life and let me learn new things myself. When i am sad, they usually teach me to be strong and never give up what i want to do. My parents like reading and i like reading, too. Due to that fact, they always buy some interesting books for me to read, i.e. fairy tales, history of ancient China and children magazines. They never force me to do what i am not willing to do and when i have done something wrong they just tell me and teach me how to avoid to make mistakes.

My parents are always perfect in my heart. They have set a good example to me of how to be a good man.

today ! i have watched a film named charlotte'd web !

it was a story about a pig ,Wilbur !

Young Fern took care of a small pig who almost has to be killed by his father, and she named him Wilbur.

As Wilbur grew up in the barn, he met a new friend, who lived high in the barn, a spider named Charlotte.  They became really good friends.  Later, Wilbur found out that tennis family wants to kill him, he cannot face the truth, Charlotte felt bad too, so she decided to help him.

She made Wilbur became a famous pig, but she’s getting old, and its time for her to say good-bye.  That night, Charlotte was packing something, it was her babies!  Charlotte knew she won’t last long, so she asked Wilbur to take care of her babies.  After that, she never moved again.

Wilbur took care of her children, grandchildren and he’d never forgot his true friend, Charlotte.

This is a really touching story, even though it is easy to read.  I recommend this film for anybody who is interested in watching, cause you love it!

i will treasure her memory forever!
