Haven't done some exercises for a long time.My favorite sport is playing shuttlecock.The hobby began with my childhood. At that time ,my mom was too fat,and she super wanted to lose weight. so, we often did the exercise.Today when I do that again, I missing my mother and my family. I have left my hometown for three months for my work.And few time to do exercises now,though it is good for my health.And now I will make time strengthen play.
Cause It is nice for youth and he olds.
