• Working life in Lafarge

  Since i joined in Lafarge----top of 500 companies on the world. i have no other choices but to go to bussiness trip frequently..... almost one year already past, looking back upon my career and personal life, everything looks better than before when i was just graduated from University. for this point, i awake voices which was deeply keep in my mind.Just for undergraduated student, i can join in Lafarge, to some extent, i am lucky person, as Mr.Chew, an evil guy from,Malaysia said :"Anyway, you can find a job worked in this big international company, it is lucky for you.. you have to know that here are so many people who can not find any job in China, during the big population and so many graduated student for per year......." Things should be like that? I doubt. But also i have some comfort..........Eventhough, here are so many unfair things existe in this company and life, i learn to satisfy by the present life while still keeping my dreaming go aheard.

  My present boss,Mr kim, is a typical Korean old man who works in Lafarge almost five years. Being his subordinate,is a bad experience for me, especially for one young girl. He always wear one severe face to lead a life, of course, sometime, he prefer to make a jok and laugh exaggeratedly with colleages chatting, But in fact, no body likes him including me, eventhough he is boss for me.........Here, i don not wanna mention too much unhappy experience for him, i just took it is a good venture to communicate with other Asian people. Mr. Moutain WOng told to me on the way to the airport," it is better for follow Native European guys to work, cause not only you could so much commonsense from them, but aslo satisfy your own language requirment....Apparently, the guys who works in Lafarge, they should be master at leat two language for daily communication with foreigners and top management. without that, you should be loss a lot from many aspect. Even the Chinese people, all the top managers and directors are come back from aboard and worked in some foreign companies many years. That mean they are qualify for this position as pre-condition for Lafarge manager, so no doult my colleages are gradusted from Qinghua,Beida and other famous universities inChina, or living oversea for many years.............For that, it is normal phenomena in China, bu for me, one ordinary girl,,,,,,their experience is wonderful and excited. undoutly, i have to learn from them and catch up with them in coming days, i hope to go to France, where Lafarge center established, and had a tourim to Provence........

• new start for me!

  after complecated consideration and discussion from my inner heart, i decide to abandon my sina blog and start a new life from here. i keep writing my life and looking back to my story on sina blog all the time, but recently, i felt so silly on that place.........not only its simplex moulding board result i had no choice but single format, but also the botchy words on that place......so that is why i turn to be here, and i also hope i would share my life with netizens,-----my friends here. Anyway, welcom to my english blog frenquently ...my friends.
