Why? We eat the same, but why I'm the only one who get fatter? Winter is my fat-getting season . No one year missing.

 

For running two days , I am afraid this time will end just like before. It is so hard to get up early in such crazy weather , and will become harder and harder . All I need to do now is  think less,  insist as long as I can . Hope miracle happens  to me!

1.橡皮擦工具

使用橡皮擦工具，可以擦除画面上的某一部分，被擦除的部分显示为背景色。

使用橡皮擦工具，我们就可以进一步完善第二课学过的抠图。

抠图后，有时候边缘会留有黑边，这时候用橡皮擦工具擦去黑边就可以了。

擦的时候，图片要尽量放大，橡皮擦则要选的很小，一点一点擦，这也是个考验耐心的活儿。

我们还会注意到，在橡皮擦工具的属性栏上，有一个“抹到历史记录”按钮，这个按钮的功能，就是把先前我们的操作步骤消除，恢复到图片的原始状态。

2.背景橡皮擦工具

这个工具可以使背景变为透明。在ps中，透明底色是显示为灰白相间的格子状的。

 

3.魔术橡皮擦工具

这个工具，在画面上点一下，相近颜色都会被同时擦除，和魔术棒工具很类似。

4. 模糊工具，这是俺做的图

这个工具可以让画面从清晰变为模糊。

5. 锐化工具

这个工具可以使柔边变硬，和模糊工具的作用相反。

这个工具不能过度使用，否则画面过于锐化，就会出现杂色。

6.  涂抹工具 这个工具看起来比较恐怖，涂起来张牙舞爪的

这个工具，类似于用手指来涂抹画面。

7. 减淡工具

将画面的某个部分减淡，让这个部分变亮。

8. 加深工具

和减淡工具的作用想法，是使画面的某个部分变暗。

9．海绵工具，这个工具的作业，我选的是去色

这个工具使对某个区域的饱和度进行更改，可以降低或者增加饱和度。

属性栏的模式这里，选择“去色”，进行涂抹，就是让画面的饱和度降低。

选择“加色”，就增加了饱和度，画面会更加鲜艳。

1.裁剪工具，一看就会

选择裁剪工具，在需要进行裁剪的图片上拉出一个矩形选区。选区中间亮的部分就是要保留的部分，四周暗的部分就是要被裁去的部分。

选区的边线上有八个小方块，将鼠标停留在方块上拖动，可以将选区放大或者缩小。

如果将鼠标放在选区之外，鼠标会变成一个弯弯的箭头形状，这时候可以对选区进行旋转。

裁剪的区域选择好后，双击鼠标，确认裁切，图片的暗部分就被裁掉了。

2.修复画笔

我下的PS里没有污点修复和红眼，我就将就学了图案图章修复和仿制图章修复，还挺好用就是不够细致做出来效果不是很好。

仿制图章，在图片上取样，选择“修复画笔”，同时按住alt键，在图片的某一个地方点一下取样，然后再在污点上点一下，就把刚才取样区域的内容修复到当前这个污点。

图案图章工具，可以选择一个图案，将该图案复制到图片上。

A数码照片上印上了日期，这是我们经常遇到的问题。图中2007的字样，一半在背景上，一半在手臂上。背景这里，用图章工具，取样为背景，涂抹。手臂这里，取样位置就是手臂，再涂抹。

B用图章工具，将下面的花再复制一朵。

 

Last week I went to Hangzhou for business.Here is my two days' brief course.

 

Two of my customer from Brazil is in China to attend China Import and Export Fair, also called Canton Fair held in Guangzhou.For it is two weeks earlier,so our company arranged their tour to visit some factories. such as the fabric printing and dying company,the middle manufacture,also some international trade company like our own company.My mission is take charge of there trip from Hangzhou to Shaoxing.

 

On Oct 24th,I left home early to catch the bus to Hangzhou,5 hours later,I arrived.It's my third time there, for it is four hours before meeting my guest, I really want to sight-see this beautiful city.Also I heard that the clothes here is very cheap and in popular fashion.With a map,a camera,one bottle of water,I start my tour.But……a call form boss,all this gone.It just happens.I am assigned to another factory to test some silk quilts,yeah, I am also a QC, not very professional.You know under this tensioned economic situation of Export trade,especially for textile industry,the company have to save cost,time isn't allowed to waste on sight-seeing.One employee should be qualified for all different jobs.So after booking three rooms in a four stars hotel I start off to  my next stop TongXiang.

 

The next day,I went to the Shaoxing county directly and meet my customer on the Textile Expo held in Keqiao.On the bus ,the guy sat next to me is a foreigner,we talked a little and exchanged phone No..I realised a serious problem is that my listening is so poor.All I listen for practice is standard fluent broadcast voice.When you were in real life,no one is speaking like that.Luckily there is a translator following my customer for they speak Portuguese.Our meet is short and brief, they put attention to the Expo,so after showing some sample room and getting  them several handbooks we took apart , then I am back.

 

And I know what to do next is to practice my listening with common speaker.

1.学会将照片变小。

每次给客人邮件时都很苦恼，照片一多发个邮件都要分好几次，速度超蜗牛，这招受用哈

A 查看照片大小，

我们先选好一张照片，在照片上点鼠标右键，选择最后一项“属性”，就可以看到照片的属性对话框。

选择对话框的“摘要”，按下面的“高级”，随即“高级”按钮变为“简化”。

在这里就可以看到照片的各种属性，象素大小，拍摄相机，拍摄时的参数等等。

 

B 调整大小

我们看到，现在的照片是2000×3008象素。

用PS打开这张照片，点击菜单栏的“图像”－“图像大小”，可以看到这时的图像大小。

2.选择工具

选择“矩形选择工具”，在图片上，按住鼠标左键，拖动鼠标，就可以画出一个矩形的虚框。虚框内就是你选择的区域。

按住鼠标左键的同时，按住shift键，可以画出正方形的虚框，这时候的选区就是正方形的。

要取消画好的选区，快捷键为Ctrl＋D，按一下就取消了图片上所有的选区。

在选择矩形工具时，我们可以看到属性栏上，关于矩形工具有四个设置。

“添加到选区”（或者按住shift键），

“从选区中减去”（或者按住alt键），

 

“椭圆选择工具”其操作和矩形选择工具相同，按住shift键画，就是建立一个圆形选区。

3. 移动工具

移动工具，可以对选区、图层和参考线等进行移动。这个很简单，操作中有个收获就是学会解锁图片

4.套锁工具

多边形套锁

按住shift键，可以画出呈45度和呈水平的线。

按住alt键，则可以立即转变为“套索工具”。

 

在选择的时候，我们可以将图片放大一些，这样可以比较清楚地看到选择区域。

同时按住ctrl键和＋键，就可以放大图片的显示。

同时按住ctrl键和－键，就可以缩小图片的显示。

而按住空格键，此时鼠标就变成一个手的形状，这时候套索工具是不起作用的，你可以在图片上拖动。如果一张图片很大，无法全部显示在屏幕里，就需要不断拖动图片，到达你需要看到的地方。

磁性套索，用于两个颜色相差较大的边缘的选择。

在实际应用中，用磁性套索对人物进行抠图，是一个简单易用的办法。

这是我扣的小鸭子的图，哈哈，第一次很难看，但我还是很happy。

 

选择“套索工具”，对边缘进行修整。同时按住shift键使用套索工具，是增加选区，按住alt键，是减少选区

“选择”－“羽化”（快捷键为CTRL+ALT+D），羽化半径为2。羽化是为了使边缘看上去不那么生硬。

按CTRL+T，出来一个变换框，可以缩小和移动人物。把鼠标放在变换框的角上，可以看到鼠标变成了箭头的形状，按住shift键的同时，缩小变换框，就可以保持人物的比例，不会压缩变形。将鼠标放在变换框的中间，就可以移动人物。

 

5.魔棒工具

用于选择相邻的相近颜色。单击某个颜色，就可以选择和这个颜色相近的颜色。

可以设置的参数是“容差”，容差的值越大，颜色的范围就越宽。

用魔术棒工具，我们可以对一些背景颜色单一的图片进行抠图

按住键盘上的TAB键，可以将所有的工具栏和面板隐藏，同时按住SHIFT和TAB键，可以隐藏右边的活动面板。当你作图时，因为面板的遮挡无法看清图片的全貌，这个操作就非常有用。

2.

我们在作图的过程中，经常需要缩放图片的显示大小，移动图片的位置，导航器就实现这些功能。

 

3.新建文件，学做参考线，了解了有个叫龙樱的名词

 

如果图片只是用于电脑上观看的，分辨率为72。如果图片要用于印刷的，分辨率为300。

设置的尺寸，就是龙樱产品中13页横式台历的尺寸，宽度为213毫米，高度为151毫米，分辨率为300。

在龙樱所有产品的介绍中，都提供了具体尺寸，如果你要DIY产品，就按照该尺寸新建文件即可。

 

我们还会注意到，龙樱产品的尺寸，除了一个产品尺寸，还有一个出血尺寸。所谓出血，就是四周边留3mm的位置，在印刷过程中需要被裁切的。所以，作图的时候就要注意，重要的内容不能太靠边。

要留出出血位置，就要设置参考线。

执行菜单上的“视图”－“新建参考线”。

 

弹出新建参考线的命令框，设置垂直位置为0.3厘米。

 

这时候我们看到先前建立的空白文件左边多出了一条蓝色的参考线，参考线外就是出血的位置。

 

再执行菜单上的“视图”－“新建参考线”，设置上边，下边和右边的参考线，设置参数如下：

上边：水平 0.3厘米

下面：水平14.8厘米（15.1-0.3＝14.8）

右边：垂直21.0厘米（21.3－0.3＝21.0）

设置好四条参考线后，作图的时候就在参考线内作图，不要把重要内容留到线外。

 

4.了解几种图片格式的区别

 

在保存文件的时候，我建议大家，将文件的格式保存为PSD的。因为PSD的文件能将图片的图层和各种设置完整保留，一旦以后需要修改这个图片，打开PSD文件修改即可。

当然，要用于印刷的文件，必须要保存为JPG的。JPG的图片，不能保存图层和其他设置。

 

我们再来解释一下图片的格式。

PS默认保存的图片格式是PSD，这个格式可以保存所有的图层和相关设置，建议大家作图时都要保留PSD文件，以后修改起来就很方便。

Bmp文件，一种无压缩的图片格式，一般都比较大，不建议使用。

Jpg文件，是很常见的图片格式，一般我们在网上看到的彩色图片都是这样的格式。Jpg是有损压缩的，其压缩技术十分先进，它用有损压缩方式去除冗余的图像和彩色数据，获取得极高的压缩率的同时能展现十分丰富生动的图像，换句话说，就是可以用最少的磁盘空间得到较好的图像质量。同样的图片，jpg格式的大小几乎是bmp格式的1/10。

Gif文件，它最多只能呈现256色，所以它并不适合色彩丰富的照片和具有渐变效果的图片。它比较适合色彩比较少的图片。另外，gif可以保存成背景透明的格式，也可以做成多帧的动画，这些都是jpg无法做到的。

Png格式，是目前保证最不失真的格式，它汲取了GIF和JPG二者的优点，存贮形式丰富，兼有GIF和JPG的色彩模式；它的另一个特点能把图像文件压缩到极限以利于网络传输，但又能保留所有与图像品质有关的信息。

No,I can not stand anymore,and let it just happen,I am not that fat,I can avoid the winter fat this year , I can control this, although I am just a little sleepy now ,but when the fat bring you inferiority and makes you feel unconfident ,you have to do something.

 

Yeah,I will start my another round losing fat action.Eating less,moving more,always bring you good effects.Making decision is easy.but the key is to insist,never give up.Losing weight is becoming part of my life,when I am gaining some fat, I will start and when having some achivement,I will stop.I repeat this round and round again, in four years my weight flexed around an proper number and was controlled in some area.To continue this,It's time to take an action.

不知道从什么时候开始有了这个词，最近的状态可谓之纠结，本想用英文的，可是很多词不会，下回挑个简单的主题才好。

近来快放假了，工作上越发不耐烦了，其实我不确定我喜欢什么样的工作，起码现在的工作状态不是我喜欢的，每天耗在电脑上游荡，外贸萧条，没单子，叫我如何有动力上进学习，其实应该考虑后路了，怀疑领导撑不下去了就会撤了，同学大部分都一样才工作一年半年的，跳槽的大半，考研考证的小半，看来对现状都不满。

我自幼好强，以本校最好成绩上了大学，可是近来高中同学联系频繁起来，貌似都比我好呢，其实不在乎是假，我怕我爸妈在家受不了大家的闲话，说我重点出来也就这样，可我真的不想怎么怎么干大事，心理上的这种落差我也不是那么在乎了，要搁以前我会发奋速度地超过这些人，我跟爸妈说我现在快乐就好，他们从来不要求我怎样，知道我自己不会懈怠自己，看来我还是放不开的

怎么样继续呢？我的梦想是开个蛋糕房，可是得等N年后我有了资金，实际点的就是我发奋考个英语相关的证，搞个翻译什么的，无奈我懒呀，感觉还没到关键时刻，坚持两天就败下来了，Or在目前的工作上继续完善，多学点外贸实践，以后跳槽也罢，我这人从不糊里糊涂的过，只要那几天没目标了，得仔细想清楚了才能继续，

所以混乱，纠结。。。。。。。。。

我要在现有工作上继续加油，不管是不是这块料，在我目前没有下家的情况下，我能做的就是尽力对得起这份工资

我一定要抽出时间给英语，不能保证每天多少时间，但不能忘记这是我喜欢的，等我修炼好了我就可以跳啦

Tomorrow is Monday,I will back to work then,after several hours,this weekend will just past away,and nothing sepcial happened as usual.

During the weekend,there are always three things I do,watching TV, eating and sleeping.

Yesterday I watched a TV play named <奋斗>，The guy Lutao always reckon himself right,neglecting the feeling of others, he hurt his lover,his friends although it happens not on purpose.Then his diehard followers Xiangnan and Huazi analysed his situation and get a conclusion that he is selfish,a egoist.Bingo! Then Lu solved his problem and got a way to go on.

 

The purpose I insert this is not to introduce a TV show( Though it is definitely a good life example for our young),I just run into some special feelings that I come to my  bottle-neck too ,I can't figure our what is my sticking point if I still live like this.I should went out and that is what a friend for.I believe talking to my friends then they can give me an answer.I am afraid if I don't,I will be deleted from everybody's momery.

This morning,one of my workmate was asked to make a call to a customer in Canada.

She was very nervous,just said some words like “hello,喂，er...",then the other side hung up.

This remind me of my first phone call to a foreigner.It was one midnight during last winter ,after struggling inside for a long time,I picked my earphone, clicked the mouse, (PS:to save money,we always making calls by Skype),then silence,a long time silence,Nobody answered.At last,it was over by discussing in writing not speaking.

In fact, it is not so hard to talk to a foreigner.the first step is very important.Since most of my job is sending email ,I hope one day I can talking fluently to my customer.Before that， I have to practise my oral english often.

当决定舍弃QQ小窝搬到这里的时候，些许不舍，一直很喜欢写，习惯有事对自己说，同笔记本商量一下我就能得出结论，告诉自己该怎么活，写了几个本子以后，偶尔会将无伤大雅的心情贴在QQ上告诉别人目前我怎么样了，起码还活着在

我这人一直很在乎别人的看法，不得不承认，从小没人告诉我我想怎么样就怎么样，妈妈只说不能怎么样，要不然别人会怎么样，以致一直不敢大胆，很少造次，思前考后，卑微过活。

中秋回家，亲戚闲话，表嫂得知我至今一人，热情表示为我留心，说我老实，有缘人会出现的，耐心。。。。妈妈点头说我以前脾气暴躁，幼时长辈们就断定我长大会很泼妇，类似不讲理，在没有父母庇佑下我和弟弟相依生活几年后我变了，乖了，刺儿没了，处处可怜相，见人都是巴巴的眼神，对领导长辈们是很谦卑的，同学我是不怕的，他们眼中我冷漠，无话，学习拼命，得罪我唯一后果就是不再理睬

上大学后这种性格害苦了我，我独来独往四年就过去了

我工作了，长大了，告诉自己要自私地活，要尽量不去在乎别人的看法，按照自己的心过下去，短短一生，匆匆

近来寻觅到两个好友的空间，她们的文字是我喜欢的，一个是初中密友，一个是大学室友，她们是别人眼中个性的，我想同她们交好，我想要她们的生活态度，那种大胆，那种淡然，因为做不到，是的，我学了十几年，依旧放不下，在她们眼中我就是社会的小羔羊，在世俗中挣扎逃不脱。。。。。。

自古，文人多是清高的，自私的，随心的，我天生受理性主宰却又不甘，折腾自己仍未蜕变，躲至此指能寻觅真我，自私活在我的一片天，努力忘记
