First call

This morning,one of my workmate was asked to make a call to a customer in Canada.

She was very nervous,just said some words like “hello,喂，er...",then the other side hung up.

This remind me of my first phone call to a foreigner.It was one midnight during last winter ,after struggling inside for a long time,I picked my earphone, clicked the mouse, (PS:to save money,we always making calls by Skype),then silence,a long time silence,Nobody answered.At last,it was over by discussing in writing not speaking.

In fact, it is not so hard to talk to a foreigner.the first step is very important.Since most of my job is sending email ,I hope one day I can talking fluently to my customer.Before that， I have to practise my oral english often.
