Rule Four: The lesson is repeated until learned. Lessons repeat until learned. What manifest as problems and challenges, irritations and trustrations are more lessons-- they will repeat until you see them as such and learn from them. Your own awareness and your ablility to change are requistites of executing this rule. Also fundamental is the acceptance that you are not as victim of fate or circumstance-- causality must be acknowledged; that is to say: things happen to your because of how you are and what you do. To blame anyone or anything else for our misfortunes is an excape and a denial; you yourself are responsitible for you, and what happen overnight, so give change time to happen.
原则四:教训会重复,直到吸取了悟。问题和挑战,恼怒和失望,都是反复出现的教训,它们和重复到你看清其本身,并从中学习。而且,你不是命运或环境的牺牲者,这已经基本被大家所接受。必须承认事实事出有因;也就是说:事情发生在你身上,因为你的为人处世。由于自己的不幸责备任何人或任何事是一种逃脱或否认;你要对你自己负责,对发生在你身上的事负责。耐心是必不可少的,改变不会突然间产生,所以要给它时间。
Rule Five: Learning does not end. While you are alive there are alwys lessons to be learned. Surrender to the ' rhythm of life', don't struggle against it. Commit to the process of constant your own weaknesses, and be flexble enough to adapt from what you may be accustomed to, because rigidity will deny you the freedonm of new possibilities.
原则五:学习不止。人生总有东西要学。顺从于“生活的节奏”,而非背道而驰。要不断学习,不断改进,要足够谦虚,总能意识到自己的弱点,要足够灵活地适应你可能所习惯的,因为固执,僵化会使你失去获得新机会的自由。
Rule Six: "There" is no better than "here". The other side of the hill may be greener than your own, but being there is not the key to endless happiness. Be grateful for and enyoy what you have, and where you are on your journey. Apprectiate the abundance of what's good in your life, rather than measure and amass things that do ot actually lead to happiness. Living in the present helps you attai peace.
原则六:“彼”与“此”相同。山的另一头可能会比你这一头更绿,但是到达那一边不是获得无尽幸福的关键。对自己所拥有的,对人生旅途的各处要心存感激,要懂得享受。感激生活中大量愉快的事情,而不是权衡和堆积那些实际上不能带来幸福的事情。生活在现在会帮你获得安宁。
