Some comments I give to a foreigner about her article 

Monica: I don't support either reunion or separation because I believe this question should not be answered by me or any of you in China...it should be answered by all the people in Taiwan...

Comment(haihaibs): China is Taiwan’s father, China is adult, Taiwan is just a boy. Many times Taiwan attempted to join the United Nations. The former United Nations Secretary General Annan and the present UNSG Pan Ki-moon said: “you saucy little thing, you are only a boy, you have no any rights or qualifications to join the United Nations. Your father is by your side. He is awarded custody of you. You know? You are just a tooth that fell from the mouth of China, and the assay of DNA has proved that you just are a part of him. Come on, go back and play games.”

Monica: Communists insisted "Hongkong needs to come back in 1997 and Macau needs to come back in 1999". Then the English and Portuguese governments said: "Okay".

Here is the question: who really cared about what the people in Hongkong and Macau think???

Comment: who? Is it the United States, Australia, France, Russia…? Shit, the UK and Portugal cared because they couldn’t squeeze money from these two bleeding lands any more. Who really cared about the future of Hongkong and Macao? Nobody else cared, but China.

Monica: Shouldn't they have the right to decide which government they want?

Comment: God, what are you talking about? Babe!? Who says they don’t have the right to choose the government they want? Everybody who has common sense knows that Hongkong people and Macao people have the right to choose a government they want.  

some people either have British nationality or have Portuguese nationality or other nationality. Even now they have dual nationality. Any time they can leave China, leave Hongkong, they can choose British government or Portuguese government or other one. So long as they like, nobody stops their actions. 

China does nothing to change the form of government of Hongkong or Macao, China is socialist nation, but Hongkong and Macao are capitalist special administrative region. China does nothing but soldiers are garrisoned in there two places where have made big achievements as people can see. Have you ever seen an official who comes from Mainland China? China carries out the policy of Hongkong people govern Hongkong and Macao people govern Macao. So does the problem of deciding which government exist? Very Most people chose to stay still in Hongkong and Macao, today, they know they had made the right choice.

Monica: Honestly, Hongkong is not a football and you can't kick it over like that...

Comment: Just like what you said, Hongkong is not a football, but Britain, the robber took it for a ball and robbed it, and now we just wanted to get it back.

Monica: Same to Taiwan, it is not just a LCD TV...it is a nation representing 22 million people. So I think these 22 million people have their right to decide which government they want...

People say that the Taiwan Government is absolutely a mess and Taiwanese will be better off if they are back to P.R.China. 

Okay, maybe it is true...but it is their problem and if they want to continue this mess, they should have the right to choose so...

If the Communist act like a savior and use this reason to enforce it back, well, I have to say they are doing the same thing as what Bush is doing in Iraq.

Comment: I’ve said that before, China is Taiwan’s father, Taiwan just is a saucy boy. The problem of deciding which government does not exist. Taiwanese government governs Taiwan, what ever the form of government is, but you are sure to know that it is a special government of a province of China. 99 percent countries and the United Nations admit that Taiwan just is a part of China. According to what you said, is it ok for me to cut an arm from your body?

Oh, boy! You are badly narrow-minded. Why not wipe your eyes so you can see essence of affairs. How could you confuse a mild nation with a warlike nation?

The United States attacked Iraq for plundering oil, military bases and updating their weapons. The United States carries money to its own country from Iraq and other countries. But China just wants to make a stand for its own territorial integrity and it carries money to Taiwan from its exchequer.

Monica: I know you guys won't feel good if I say your government is brainwashing you...But that's the difference between you and me...

Comment: I don’t feel good because of your ignorance. The United States is always preaching peace, democracy and human rights. He says it’s not right here and there. And now what you can see, the funniest monkey was dancing with guns in other countries.

Every nation has its own democracy and human rights. If you don’t know the national conditions of a country, don’t put your dirty hand in. You’ve been thinking that you are talk about democracy and human rights. If I may say so, actually, you are just speaking nonsense. You talked a lot but never said anything. Monica: If a New Zealander thinks its government sucks and wants to move to Australia, he should have rights to do so and he should not be blamed for what he did! If a Taiwanese doesn't want a Communist gvernment, he should have the right to choose so!

Comment: If a Chinese person does not accept the Chinese government, he can move to another country, nobody stops him, not to mention people of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan. God, you are deadly out of date. The third biggest country in the world is so strange to you that you almost know nothing about it. Friend, are you studying in school?

Monica: Before 1997, thousands of Hongkongese immigrated into New Zealand because they didn't believe in Communists but they can't change the future of hongkong since your government and the English had done the deal!

Comment: Hongkong has a population of about 6.9 million. If few people immigrated into other countries, however, don’t make a fuss, it’s nothing, it’s normal. I’ve said that 98 percent of HK people chose to stay put because they believed Chinese government, which exactly does not disappoint themselves. People can lead a better life, and Hk still is one of the most famous and wealthest cosmopolises.

Monica: I feel sorry for people in Hongkong and Macau because they were just treated as some personal property with no respect and their future was done in the deal not through any democratic process.

Comment: I once thought you were smart, a woman of marked individuality. And now I know you are one of the most ignorant people who know very little politics. You don’t need to be sorry, but be sorry for yourself.

Several days ago I read a book called “Everyday English of American Teenagers”, which says some Americans don’t know South Korea is one of the most advanced nations. They may ask, do you live in thatched cottages, do you use cellphones? These who come from the most civilized and democratic country are absurd indeed.

What’s the worse, I discover that some of the advanced countries also have some most unprogressive, funniest people. If you want to talk about China, you’d better come to China and have a good look, or read some specialized books about it at least.

You said their future was done in the deal not through any democratic process. God, did you see it with your one eyes, did you come here at that time? Who tells you the rubbish? Any of African nations has its own democratic process more or less. Hasn’t the great power in Asia ever had a bit democratic process!!?? could China become the focus of world attention without democracry? Could China stand steadily on the international stage without democracy?. Could it be that China rules and makes great achievements with violence?  you are supposed to eat your words!

Monica: Believe or not, people who want separation have strong reasons just like people who want reunion ...

People who insist on separation should not feel shamed and get blamed for what they believe!

Taiwan is R.O.C and your country is P.R.C. How can a country have two names??? So Taiwan is not part of China...

Comment: I’m thinking that if Hawaii wants to be a country, what does Bush’s administration do with it? The battles continued all the time in Northern Ireland during nineteen sixty and nineteen ninety. Why didn’t British government give up the part of territory?!

My God! How innocent you are! why haven’t you grown up? Who says R.O.C is a country’s name? The Untied Nations admits it? Australia admits it? Which country admits that R.O.C is a country’s name?! If Hawaii changed its name to be the People Republic of Hawaii, according to your opinions, Hawaii is a country not a state of U.S.A. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life.
