Not long ago, SBS English School and I just reached an employment-agreement of graduates under the headmaster’s blandishments. He advised me to be a English assistant first before graduation and paied me 35 dollars a month, then gave me three months for my hands-on lessons, 80 dollars a month, after that if everything was running without a hitch, I would become a real English teacher and gain a portion of salary more than 150 dollars a month.

Oh,guys,you never know how excited I was for my first job. So I signed my name to the document without thinking it over. That was the problem. I forgot to put my wages in writting., therefore, if there would be a dispute about salary, which was not extralegal. However, even if I had conferred with my boss fot that, I got nothing, he didn’t stick to the point at all but spoke evasively. Oh my! It was too frustrating to accept.

What could I do with that? I worked for him for a month or more and quarreled with him often. I did it not only for wages, but also for a good treatment I deserved.

It was too bad. I was going to leave, besides, I’m offered a another better chance. Anyhow, I succeeded after repeated negotiations. Thereby proceed with care, when you are going to contract. What I had done could be a lesson to you，find a good job, wish you luck.
