There’s one thing you’ve got to know, if you wanna study well, it’s to adjust your mindset and know the purpose to learn English.

What do you wanna demonstrate through taking English exams? Of course, it’s ability. But your mind must be clear and wise, to be frank, chinese education is an abnormal one, most of the exams can’t embody your abilities. You know many students get a high grade on an Egnlish examination or pass cet-4 or cet-6, but they are not able to comprehend what other peope say and can’t communicate with foreigners.

So we study English not only for exams but also for communication and life, and the latter is more important. If you are an english amateur, your grade doesn’t have to be full marks, but you are supposed to speak more fluent Spoken English.
