How to keep your figure
In our daily life, there are many people who are fat finally lose weight through great efforts. However, it recovers to their former weight soon. Why? If we try to lose weight and no longer want weight rebounded, we should pay attention to more factors beyond our daily diet. How to maintain our figures after losing weight? It’s a question that many people want to settle down. To enable us to achieve the goal of losing weight successfully, I’d like to share some ways with people who want to lose weight.
l Doing exercises continuously
We can choose some exercises which are more creative according to our own interest, and the process of exercises have to last 30 or 40 minutes every day, then it can reached the purpose of controlling weight and consuming fat. For example, going stairs up and down, gardening, doing housework, playing with your children, playing table-tennis and dancing and so on.
We should pay attention to what/ how many(much)/ when to eat each day. It’s the same as doing sports, how manys days we will spend and when to do them, we should make it in order.
l Avoid having a long-time seat
It’s a certain that some habits will affect our body shape directly, For example, if we watch TV, holding the remote control, with the guesture of sitting on the sofa unmovedly for a long time. It will result in a totally negative state to our physical body,without consumimg any calories.
l Eating food with fat as little as possible
When we cook salad, we should not to use too much oil, and using seasoning agent that containing less fat. Eating natural foods as much as possible, rather than procedured food.
l Drink water as much as possible
When we have our meal,we will feel full in a long time if drinking an appropriate amount of soup. We’d better drink 6 or 8 cups of water (about 20 liters), moreover, it’s better for our health to eat lots of vegetables and fruits. By this way, our body can get more vitamins and minerals to make up for the water shortage.
It’s the best way to cook on our own so that we can choose more natural foods. Such as bread with whole wheat, eating fruit after the meal, etc.
l The increasing amount of fiber
In our daily diet, it should contain about 20 grams of fiber. It will absorb less than 90 calories. Fruits, vegetables and some beans are foods that are rich in fiber.
l Don’t particular to the food
Like protein and carbohydrates, fat is also an important nutrition to health. It can only make metabolic of our body disorder if the diet doesn’t contain any fat.
l Have more meals with little food
In order not to feel hungry and not to be tempted by delicious food in one day, we’d better have meals about 4-6 times a day so that we can avoid eating a lot out of the reducing times of eating. Between meals we can eat a fruit, a cheese without fat, a cup of yogurt or fruit jelly, etc.
