    I am just change my work for one mouth, New work and new life. It's different from once, here the morning working time is 9:30 to 12:30, the afternoon's s is 2:00 to 6:30.working as a sales trade assistant! 

    The bigest different is work's way.As the new colleague,I must started zero and according new attituded to acception new knowledge, it's the fastest to working in new work for me.

    So i am doing , but i don't know how is the result.Is good or is bad? i don't know , i am waiting , it is need three mouths.

    If i am passed, i hope i can come true my dream:

    First, Passed the written examtion of Public English Test System 4(PETS4) and get a certificate

    Second,Passed the sales trade assistant and document person.

    Third, Happy every day and enjoying myself

  • 外贸业务管理办法(中英文)

    1、        业务人员在国外采购商的询价，做出产品报价前，应了解客户基本信息，包括是否终端客户、年采购能力、消费区域，以及产品的用途、规格及质量要求，我公司是否能够生产等。
    Before quoting, the Salesman should know the basic information about the clients, for instance, the end users or not, the annual order quantity, the places of consuming, and the products the purposes, specification, quality and the abilities whether our factories to meet.
    2、        对于外商的邮件、传真，原则上在24小时内答复；特殊情况需要延期的，应及时向外商解释及大概需要的时间。
    Generally as a rule, to reply the clients’ mails shall be within 24 hours after receiving; and please explain the reasons to the clients due to the things particular and need more time to deal with.
    3、        对于外商的产品报价，原则上按照公司财务部门经核算后的价格表（外销）执行；公司财务部门根据市场状况及生产成本，定期进行核算，对产品价格进行调整。
    Quotations will be according to the prices list (for oversea market) made by the company Accounting Department, which will make prices adjustments according to the market and the production cost at regular periods.
    4、        对于定单数量较大，外商所能接受的价格低于我公司公布的价格的，业务人员应先上报部门经理批准实施；部门经理不能批复的，报总经理批准后实施。
    For big orders, the acceptable price from the clients is lower than our listed price, the salesman shall first report this to the manager of the departments for approval; and when the manager have no rights to approve, the price will directly go to the general manager for approval.
    5、        对于C&F及CIF报价，需要我方办理运输、保险的或需要进行法定检验的等事项，业务人员应事先联系相关中介机构进行确定，选择中介机构应考虑业务熟练、服务效率高及收费合理。   
    In C&F or CIF price terms, the salesman shall contact and deal with related companies in advance to confirm the things of shipment, insurance, commodity inspection etc. The basic conditions for selecting the related companies will be considering rich and professional practices, service with high efficiency and good prices.
    6、        对于外商的寄样要求，原则上要求到付；对于样品数额较大，原则上对方承担成本费用。在正式定单后，可以扣除成本及寄样费用。特殊情况，如关系比较好的老客户，我方可以预付并免收样品，报部门经理批准后执行。费用较大的，可报总经理批准后执行。
    Per the clients’ requirements of sending samples, freight collect shall be generally required; and when the samples quantity is large, the cost shall be charged accordingly. However the cost and freight paid by the clients will be deducted in the trial orders. In cases particular, for instance the clients with long tern and firm relations, we can pay the freight in advance with the samples free after approved by the manager of the departments，or by the general manager if the amount is large.
    7、对于外商需要打样的，业务人员应和生产部门协调，确保样品的质量及规格符合要求；样品需要部门经理审核后寄出；外商对于产品有包装或唛头要求的，正式包装或印刷前需经外商确认。
    The salesman shall coordinate closely with the production departments in the samples making process to guarantee the quality and specifications meeting the clients’ requirements, and send the samples after the approval by the final checking up of manager department.  
    7、        付款方式上，原则上考虑前TT全部或部分作为定金，剩余见提单传真件付款，及全部短期信用证。收汇银行和业务员负责对信用证做形式和内容的检查，发现差异的，应及时通知外商修改。信用证审查无误后，报部门经理复核。
    Generally as a rule, the following ways of payments will be considered:
    1, wire transfer 100 in advance
    2, wire transfer part as deposit, the balance against copy of B/L.
    3, 100% L/C at sight
    Our beneficiary bank and the salesman will check up the L/C in form and contents respectively, and inform the clients to make change in time if differences existing, and submit to the manager of the departments for re-checking after no faults or differences found in advance..
    8、        原则上，公司在收到外商的全部货款、部分定金及信用证经复核无误后，开始安排生产计划，组织货源，进行生产。
    As a general rule, the company will arrange the material and plan for production after receiving the payments in above No.8 terms.
    9、        在定单生产阶段，业务人员应到生产车间会同生产主管对产品生产进行监督、检查，发现问题及时解决；或由部门经理协调解决，或部门经理上报总经理解决。严格把握产品的规格、质量、包装、生产时间符合同外商的约定。
    In the production processing, the salesman shall be at the workshop to supervise and inspect the production with the person in charge, to find and solve the problems in time, or to report the problems to the manager of the department for coordinating to solve, or to report to the general manager for solving, to guarantee the specification, the quality, the packing and production time according to the requirements of the clients.
    10、        对于C&F、CIF价格条款的，业务人员应在生产结束前一周，安排好货代，确定定舱事宜；一般在船期前二日，安排装柜、运输。
    In C&F and CIF price terms, the salesman shall arrange and confirm the shipments with the related agents a week in advance, and to load the goods to the container and transport the goods two days in advance.
    11、        需要委托中介机构进行报关、商品法定检验、保险的，业务人员应及时准备相关资料交中介机构办理；办理过程中，业务人员可以协助。
    The salesman will prepare the concerned documents for the Customs declaration, Specified goods’ inspection and Insurance by related departments if needed; the salesman can make coordination in the process.
    12、        收汇方式为信用证的，业务人员必须细心操作，谨慎处理，注意单证的一致性，做到安全收汇。
    In the cases of L/C payments, the salesman need to deal with carefully and cautiously to sure the consistency of the documents and the L/C and to receive the funds safely.
    13、        全部收汇后，业务人员请对相关资料进行整理，将相关单据较财务部门及时外汇局、税务局办理核销、退税。并注意对外商的售后服务，进行跟踪，以建立长期的可信赖合作伙伴关系。
    The salesman shall do the classification and collation of the business documents, and submit the related to the accounting department for the purposes of foreign exchange settlement in the concerned administration departments timely. And to keep the service work aiming to establish long-term reliable cooperation partners.

       Maybe this year, summer is very spencial for me, Because i join to The English summer camp,i cognized many new friends and make a lot of foregine friends, It's very important that i study and understand thing in the active,i am a quiet and don't good at speak girl, everytimes, No matter i am happy or angry, i always embed in my heart,so many people don't understand me and think am a haughtily girl and afriad to nearly to me, In fact, This not ture, i like make new friends and i like talk with people and try my best help friends(you must my friends and we are truth each other),because i am so suseptivity that i am not bear deceive.i have a another shortcoming that i am not like to speak with first and also don't know how to break out queit.Maybe I am shy and afraid.

       So now i know i must speak out and loud for my idear and express emotion,alive pensee is a way, alive happy is also a way, why don't change happy way, lifetime is so short, we must treasure myself and affect other person.i try now i must.

       I don't like winter,Even if there have a lot of festival and we can see snow,i can't bear cold and i am only stay in home.

  • 萬聖節

    每年的10月31日乃是西方的傳統節日，萬聖節。這一天不論大人或小孩，都可以盡其所能的作怪，而不會招致異樣的眼光。大部份的家庭會在院子裡擺上幾棵南瓜或是和真人一般高的稻草人，並且在窗戶上裝飾小小的南瓜燈或是掛上一副骷髏；有些人也會在前門上方掛些蜘蛛網。愛熱鬧或是有年輕人在家的家庭則會舉辦化妝舞會，或是將家裏裝飾成鬼屋！萬聖節可是僅次於耶誕節和感恩節的第三大節日喔。

    　　當夜幕降臨，孩子們便迫不及待地穿上五顏六色的衣服，戴上千奇百怪的面具。他們有的披上漆黑的長衫，騎著魔帚，扮作女巫；有的裹上白床單裝鬼；有的戴上畫有骷髏旗的帽子扮成海盜；不少孩子手中還提有一盞南瓜做成的傑克燈(Jack-O'-Lantern)。在月光照耀下，他們來到鄰居家門前，威嚇般地喊著"Trick or Treat"（搗蛋還是請客），如果有人不用糖果、零錢款待他們，那些調皮的孩子有時就把人家門上的拉手塗上東西，或把別人的貓塗上顏色；這些小惡作劇常令大人啼笑皆非。當然，大多數人都非常樂於款待這些天真浪漫的小客人。所以當夜色消逝時，孩子們總是肚子塞得飽飽的、口袋裝得滿滿的回到家裡。

    　　至於大人們，不想出門湊熱鬧的，就必須準備一大堆糖果零食等小孩上門，或充當小朋友的保母一起"Trick or Treat"。不甘心白白待在家裡的，能玩的就多了，最熱門的地方莫過於萬聖節大遊行。參加遊行的人不一定要化妝，而型態就像台北的夜市，人們摩肩接踵的走著，走到那兒看到那兒，大家在路上聊天照相，觀看走過的各式各樣牛鬼蛇神，或風情萬種的窈窕淑"男"。在洛杉磯區最有名的一個就是位於西好萊塢(West Hollywood)段的聖塔摩尼加大道(Santa Monica Blvd)；曾經四次參與盛會的筆者對此印象非常深刻。走在路上，不時可以看見身材高挑，雙臀外露，而且婀娜多姿的絕色"美女"；但仔細一看，幾乎每個"美女"都有喉節！除此之外，穿著暴露的勁爆猛男也佔了相當大的比例，所以女性同胞真的很有眼福。話雖如此，運氣好的話，還是可以看見真正的超級辣妹啦！除了美艷和怪異的穿著外，熱門電影和新聞人物也是很受歡迎的裝扮，像是99年那次，滿街都是《驚聲尖叫》中的殺人魔和《星際大戰》裡的造型；2001年則出現了中東人造型和賓拉登的首級。

    　　喜歡被嚇或是想藉機讓女孩子不停擁抱的人，此時更是不可多得的好機會。萬聖節前後，大約從10月底到11月初，各大主題樂園或遊樂場都會推出一年一次的驚恐大餐；而在洛杉磯區最有名的就是納氏草莓園的「猛鬼出籠」(Knott's Scary Farm)；當然，環球影城和魔術山也不會錯過這個節日。不要認為自己膽子非常大，當你走在煙霧濛濛，漆黑一片的陰森園中，被突如其來的怪獸抓一下，保證不死也半條命了！還有一處比較另類的恐怖園，就是名聞遐邇的鬼船，瑪麗皇后號。每當夜暮低垂，船上的魑魅魍魎即開始活躍，等待著不知情的遊客到來；而事實上，這艘年代久遠的郵輪也的確有著許許多多的傳說，所以陰森的鬼船內，搞不好看到的東西並不是工作人員裝扮的喔！如果覺得這些地方依然不夠刺激，洛杉磯區還有一處鬼屋園(Spooky House)可以一探究竟。進入鬼屋以後，真的就只能靠老天保佑平安囉！

    　　二千多年前，塞爾特族人（即目前的蘇格蘭人，愛爾蘭人等）一年之中最害怕的日子莫過於十月三十一日的晚上。每年十月三十一日的前夕，象徵著一年的結束，以及新一年的開始。這一天是塞爾特族人表達他們對太陽神敬意的日子，因為太陽神讓他們的穀物豐收，以應付即將到來的冬天！可是在這一個夜晚也是惡靈力量最強大的一天，因此牧師和祭司也會主持祭典，安撫掌管死亡的神！事實上，古時的歐洲人相信惡運是由惡靈帶來的，而惡靈會被醜陋的面具嚇走！他們因為害怕還在外面遊走的惡靈，如果有人晚上必須出門，便會戴上面具，希望惡靈認不出他們來！到了第四世紀，因為基督教的興盛，這一天便被強迫改為上帝死亡日！並告知人們，偉大的上帝將會為他們趕走惡靈！後來，演變成小孩穿上鬼和精靈的衣服，出去嚇鄰居；大約四十年前，人們開始請小朋友吃糖果！玩起"Trick or Treat"！以上即是萬聖節的始末。

    　　至於傑克燈則是從愛爾蘭開始。傳說愛爾蘭有一個名叫Stingy Jack的男子，有一天邀請惡魔喝酒，因為喝完後沒錢付帳，他就說服惡魔變成六便士來付酒錢，可是Jack並沒有拿它來付錢，反而用一條銀紙把惡魔鎮住，讓它出不來。後來惡魔答應Jack一整年都不嚇他，才被放出來。第二年的萬聖節惡魔又出現了，它又答應不會來騷擾Jack一年，可是一年還沒過完，Jack就去世了。死後，天堂不收他，因為他非常吝嗇；地獄也不留他，因為他戲弄惡魔。無處可歸的他，最後只好不停的走著，並提著塞進火炭的大頭菜照亮路面。後來愛爾蘭人就用馬鈴薯或是大頭菜做成燈籠，玩著"Trick or Treat"的遊戲。這項風俗在1840年代隨著新移民來到美洲大陸，他們發現比大頭菜更好的材料，那就是南瓜；因此現在所看到的傑克燈通通變成南瓜燈了！

  • English summer camp

        我本想用英語寫寫日志的,但是當我看到我的夏令營營友Queenie在Qzone中留言English summer camp, 我感覺我的心好感動,我的英語不好,只能用中文說說.

       我們的英語夏令營雖然說只有20天,但是我可以感覺到每個人都很真心的對待著彼此,在這20天裡,让我们沒有时间感覺到孤單,我覺得每一個营友都很友好,虽然我平時看起来不太喜歡主動話話，但话闸子一打开就关不住啦！

        Amy,Coral和Sally,我們四個人一起住宿,由於夏令營只是一個假期活動,所有我們有很多的個人時間,每天早上我們一起起床，一起吃飯,然後上課,下課,活動.英語角...睡覺,哈哈,24小時總是粘在一起（当然除了星期天哦，这个时候当然同我们最亲爱的人在一起啦）~~~~~~~ 我們一起分享快樂,感受快樂,發現快樂~~~~~~~~,我们将所有的烦恼都甩开了，每天都是尽情的玩耍，很少去了解快乐之外的想法，所以在其它方面不尽了解吧，珍惜着每一分每一秒，把美好留在彼此的心里~~~~~~~~~~

       最令我遺憾的是,我沒能和queenie成為很要好的朋友,她是一個很真誠,很有內涵的girl,心靈細致,而且永遠把最燦爛的笑容帶給你,她给我的留言,讓我從另一方面認識了我自己,我很感謝有這樣的一位营友.

      或許我今天寫的太多,感覺很虛偽,但是我覺得這些都是實話,沒有夸張,或許在生活中感受太多的缘故,也或許說是自己開始工作後變得事故了吧,覺得有些话说不说都無所謂的吧,只要在心裡感激就行了,現在我才真的理解,你不把你的想法表達出來,别人又怎麼能夠理解你,懂你了,

       維納斯的徽笑表達了很多含義,但是那是經過幾百年來人們的研究才能真正理解,而我們的笑容才一瞬間,如何能夠理解心靈深處了。

        Tracey 和Mary是我的兩位主講老是,都是來自美國,讓我沒有想到的是他們都對我好好,從和他們在一起的時候或者分別後的郵件中能夠感覺出來,当然他们对所有人也都很好，亲切和谒，虽然比我们大好几轮，当我们在一起从没有感觉到距离感，我很高興能有這樣的兩位老師

    Ah, beautiful Paris. For centuries this city has attracted the admiration of the world. The allure and charm of Paris captivate all who visit there. 

    啊，美丽的巴黎！几世纪来，这个城市吸引了整个世界的崇拜。巴黎的诱惑与魅力吸引了所有到此游玩的人。  

    　Where can you discover the charm of Paris for yourself? Is it in the legacy of all the French rulers who worked to beautify their beloved city? Is it in the famous castles, palaces, statues and monuments, such as the Eiffel Tower? Can you find it in the world-class museums, such as the Louvre? Perhaps Paris' allure lies in the zest and style of the Parisians.  

     　你在哪里可以找到巴黎对你自己的吸引力呢？是否是在历任的法国统治者们在美化他所钟爱的城市所留下來的遗产里？还是在那些有名的城堡、皇宫雕像和纪念碑。例如艾菲尔铁塔之中？你能否在世界一流的博物馆，例如卢浮宫中找着呢？或许巴黎的诱惑力在于巴黎人的特殊品味和风格。  

    　When you visit Paris, you don't have to spend all of your time visiting museums and monuments. They are certainly worthy of your time, but ignore them for a day. First take some time to look around and experience life in Paris. You'll find it charming.  

     当你到巴黎游玩时，別把时间全都花在看博物馆和纪念碑上面。它们当然很值得你花时间，但今天先忘掉它们。首先来四处看看，并体验一下巴黎的生活。你会发现它的迷人之处。  

      Take a stroll along the Seine River. Browse through the art vendors, colorful paintings. Peek through delicate iron gates at the well-kept gardens. Watch closely for the French attention to detail that has made France synonymous with good taste. You will see it in the design of a doorway or arch and in the little fountains and quaint balconies. No matter where you look, you will find everyday objects transformed into works by art.

          Oh, my dear! i have so long time not to login. I think many idear and frame of mind  was missed , It's so pity!

          Before long time , i joined to a small English summer camp and i made many of new friends , Evern if i don't learn more english, i think it voluable to my friendship. my englsih is poor , so i need more hard to study my englsih and i am also interesting in english now.
