I am just change my work for one mouth, New work and new life. It's different from once, here the morning working time is 9:30 to 12:30, the afternoon's s is 2:00 to 6:30.working as a sales trade assistant! 

The bigest different is work's way.As the new colleague,I must started zero and according new attituded to acception new knowledge, it's the fastest to working in new work for me.

So i am doing , but i don't know how is the result.Is good or is bad? i don't know , i am waiting , it is need three mouths.

If i am passed, i hope i can come true my dream:

First, Passed the written examtion of Public English Test System 4(PETS4) and get a certificate

Second,Passed the sales trade assistant and document person.

Third, Happy every day and enjoying myself

    Long time not do write dairy,i am very busy this mouth,i was working over 12 hours every day!My work begin 7:50 in the morning and over 5:30 in the afternoon,when i was working that found my heard and hands can operate so fast which i never know.

   Write, Write! what will say? i am puzzle, Summer is soon fast far away from me, i like summer, I can do many intersting and enjoy myself in the summer.

   Maybe this year, summer is very spencial for me, Because i join to The English summer camp,i cognized many new friends and make a lot of foregine friends, It's very important that i study and understand thing in the active,i am a quiet and don't good at speak girl, everytimes, No matter i am happy or angry, i always embed in my heart,so many people don't understand me and think am a haughtily girl and afriad to nearly to me, In fact, This not ture, i like make new friends and i like talk with people and try my best help friends(you must my friends and we are truth each other),because i am so suseptivity that i am not bear deceive.i have a another shortcoming that i am not like to speak with first and also don't know how to break out queit.Maybe I am shy and afraid.

   So now i know i must speak out and loud for my idear and express emotion,alive pensee is a way, alive happy is also a way, why don't change happy way, lifetime is so short, we must treasure myself and affect other person.i try now i must.

   I don't like winter,Even if there have a lot of festival and we can see snow,i can't bear cold and i am only stay in home.

　　當夜幕降臨，孩子們便迫不及待地穿上五顏六色的衣服，戴上千奇百怪的面具。他們有的披上漆黑的長衫，騎著魔帚，扮作女巫；有的裹上白床單裝鬼；有的戴上畫有骷髏旗的帽子扮成海盜；不少孩子手中還提有一盞南瓜做成的傑克燈(Jack-O'-Lantern)。在月光照耀下，他們來到鄰居家門前，威嚇般地喊著"Trick or Treat"（搗蛋還是請客），如果有人不用糖果、零錢款待他們，那些調皮的孩子有時就把人家門上的拉手塗上東西，或把別人的貓塗上顏色；這些小惡作劇常令大人啼笑皆非。當然，大多數人都非常樂於款待這些天真浪漫的小客人。所以當夜色消逝時，孩子們總是肚子塞得飽飽的、口袋裝得滿滿的回到家裡。

　　至於大人們，不想出門湊熱鬧的，就必須準備一大堆糖果零食等小孩上門，或充當小朋友的保母一起"Trick or Treat"。不甘心白白待在家裡的，能玩的就多了，最熱門的地方莫過於萬聖節大遊行。參加遊行的人不一定要化妝，而型態就像台北的夜市，人們摩肩接踵的走著，走到那兒看到那兒，大家在路上聊天照相，觀看走過的各式各樣牛鬼蛇神，或風情萬種的窈窕淑"男"。在洛杉磯區最有名的一個就是位於西好萊塢(West Hollywood)段的聖塔摩尼加大道(Santa Monica Blvd)；曾經四次參與盛會的筆者對此印象非常深刻。走在路上，不時可以看見身材高挑，雙臀外露，而且婀娜多姿的絕色"美女"；但仔細一看，幾乎每個"美女"都有喉節！除此之外，穿著暴露的勁爆猛男也佔了相當大的比例，所以女性同胞真的很有眼福。話雖如此，運氣好的話，還是可以看見真正的超級辣妹啦！除了美艷和怪異的穿著外，熱門電影和新聞人物也是很受歡迎的裝扮，像是99年那次，滿街都是《驚聲尖叫》中的殺人魔和《星際大戰》裡的造型；2001年則出現了中東人造型和賓拉登的首級。

　　喜歡被嚇或是想藉機讓女孩子不停擁抱的人，此時更是不可多得的好機會。萬聖節前後，大約從10月底到11月初，各大主題樂園或遊樂場都會推出一年一次的驚恐大餐；而在洛杉磯區最有名的就是納氏草莓園的「猛鬼出籠」(Knott's Scary Farm)；當然，環球影城和魔術山也不會錯過這個節日。不要認為自己膽子非常大，當你走在煙霧濛濛，漆黑一片的陰森園中，被突如其來的怪獸抓一下，保證不死也半條命了！還有一處比較另類的恐怖園，就是名聞遐邇的鬼船，瑪麗皇后號。每當夜暮低垂，船上的魑魅魍魎即開始活躍，等待著不知情的遊客到來；而事實上，這艘年代久遠的郵輪也的確有著許許多多的傳說，所以陰森的鬼船內，搞不好看到的東西並不是工作人員裝扮的喔！如果覺得這些地方依然不夠刺激，洛杉磯區還有一處鬼屋園(Spooky House)可以一探究竟。進入鬼屋以後，真的就只能靠老天保佑平安囉！

　　二千多年前，塞爾特族人（即目前的蘇格蘭人，愛爾蘭人等）一年之中最害怕的日子莫過於十月三十一日的晚上。每年十月三十一日的前夕，象徵著一年的結束，以及新一年的開始。這一天是塞爾特族人表達他們對太陽神敬意的日子，因為太陽神讓他們的穀物豐收，以應付即將到來的冬天！可是在這一個夜晚也是惡靈力量最強大的一天，因此牧師和祭司也會主持祭典，安撫掌管死亡的神！事實上，古時的歐洲人相信惡運是由惡靈帶來的，而惡靈會被醜陋的面具嚇走！他們因為害怕還在外面遊走的惡靈，如果有人晚上必須出門，便會戴上面具，希望惡靈認不出他們來！到了第四世紀，因為基督教的興盛，這一天便被強迫改為上帝死亡日！並告知人們，偉大的上帝將會為他們趕走惡靈！後來，演變成小孩穿上鬼和精靈的衣服，出去嚇鄰居；大約四十年前，人們開始請小朋友吃糖果！玩起"Trick or Treat"！以上即是萬聖節的始末。

　　至於傑克燈則是從愛爾蘭開始。傳說愛爾蘭有一個名叫Stingy Jack的男子，有一天邀請惡魔喝酒，因為喝完後沒錢付帳，他就說服惡魔變成六便士來付酒錢，可是Jack並沒有拿它來付錢，反而用一條銀紙把惡魔鎮住，讓它出不來。後來惡魔答應Jack一整年都不嚇他，才被放出來。第二年的萬聖節惡魔又出現了，它又答應不會來騷擾Jack一年，可是一年還沒過完，Jack就去世了。死後，天堂不收他，因為他非常吝嗇；地獄也不留他，因為他戲弄惡魔。無處可歸的他，最後只好不停的走著，並提著塞進火炭的大頭菜照亮路面。後來愛爾蘭人就用馬鈴薯或是大頭菜做成燈籠，玩著"Trick or Treat"的遊戲。這項風俗在1840年代隨著新移民來到美洲大陸，他們發現比大頭菜更好的材料，那就是南瓜；因此現在所看到的傑克燈通通變成南瓜燈了！

    我本想用英語寫寫日志的,但是當我看到我的夏令營營友Queenie在Qzone中留言English summer camp, 我感覺我的心好感動,我的英語不好,只能用中文說說.

   我們的英語夏令營雖然說只有20天,但是我可以感覺到每個人都很真心的對待著彼此,在這20天裡,让我们沒有时间感覺到孤單,我覺得每一個营友都很友好,虽然我平時看起来不太喜歡主動話話，但话闸子一打开就关不住啦！

    Amy,Coral和Sally,我們四個人一起住宿,由於夏令營只是一個假期活動,所有我們有很多的個人時間,每天早上我們一起起床，一起吃飯,然後上課,下課,活動.英語角...睡覺,哈哈,24小時總是粘在一起（当然除了星期天哦，这个时候当然同我们最亲爱的人在一起啦）~~~~~~~ 我們一起分享快樂,感受快樂,發現快樂~~~~~~~~,我们将所有的烦恼都甩开了，每天都是尽情的玩耍，很少去了解快乐之外的想法，所以在其它方面不尽了解吧，珍惜着每一分每一秒，把美好留在彼此的心里~~~~~~~~~~

No matter where you look, you will find everyday objects transformed into works by art.

　　热得烫手的热线电话一个接一个，不管是在读的高中生，家长，还是准备去国外留学的大学生，他们全部要求和20岁的林林聊一聊。

　　昨天下午，被世界10余所顶尖名校录取的长沙女孩林林，和她的父母林晓理与李丽娟做客本报热线，与读者分享学习心得。

　　而在昨天上午，受美国高考ACT邀请，林林与上百名家长和学生分享了自己参加美国高考及申请国外高校的经验。对于未来，她说，也许会到英国或美国读研究生，但肯定会回国发展，因为根在中国。在谈到自己的读书经验时，林林说：

　　我从没有熬夜学习到凌晨的经历，也没有上过补习班，甚至常常请假在家做自己觉得更有意义的事情。在长沙市一中时，我自己办了一份校报，发动同学们来投稿，组织记者站成员编排，还多次跑赞助，做报箱，去印刷厂监印。在高中阶段，完全由学生一手创办的校报似乎还没有过先例，因为大家都在忙着读书准备高考。

　　另外，我组织同学们去保护长沙的古井，跑遍大街小巷探访那些古老的精灵，给它们刷洗青苔，打捞叶子，我抚摸它们时，好像在听它们讲故事。我还专门制作了保护长沙古井的网页，希望有更多的人来加入我们的行列。我喜欢宗教和哲学，我喜欢写作；我的作品常被发表，最近一篇《远行的孔子》发表在一本《六十人看孔子》的书中，《中学生》还做了我的专题。

　　从高二开始，我说服父母，参加了长沙市一中开设的A-LEVEL课程，想读大学的英国高中生，必须学习该课程。一中把这个课程从英国原封不动地“搬”到长沙来了，教师是从英国请来的，原版教材也是空运过来的。我选了难度最大的经济学和商业学，中国学生极少同时选两个文科课程的，但我取得了令老师吃惊的成绩。

　　高二时，我考雅思的成绩是7.5分，比签证分5.5分高了整整2分，也超过了最苛刻的大学要求的7.0分。因为目标是经济学，我选择了英国经济系最好的两所大学：伦敦政治经济学院和华威大学。伦敦政治经济学院是英国最难上的顶级大学之一，而华威大学的经济系在全英排名第二。结果，两所学校都录取了我。

　　后来，我又参加了托福考试，复习的时间非常少，但托福我还是考了647分，远远超过了美国顶级名校的要求分数600分，比如，美国麻省理工大学的要求分数为550分。在没有SAT成绩的情况下，全美排名十多位的罗彻斯特大学破格录取我，全美第一所女子大学、宋庆龄的母校卫斯里安大学也录取了我，给我丰厚的奖学金，并为我无条件保留入学学籍。今年，我去中国香港和新加坡参加了难度很大的SAT考试，也就是通常人们所说的“美国的高考”，成绩也超过了顶级大学的录取标准。

　　极少有人参加过如此多的考试：托福、雅思、A-LEVEL、SAT，也很少有人申请了英美两个国家的顶级大学，并同时被录取。现在，我不仅是五个名校高中生的私人教师，也是马斯特外国语学校的特聘英语老师，常常为同龄人解答疑惑。我想，我成功的经验可以概括为，不“死读书”，也不“读死书”。

荆楚网消息（楚天都市报）（记者徐啸寒 通讯员张晓雨 实习生李滨彬 张芝）进大学报到时，靠的是从姑姑那里借来的钱。边读书边创业，毕业时不仅赚来了宝马、楼房，还拥有自己的培训学校。

这一校园创富传奇，主人公是武汉科技学院的应届毕业生胡启立

胡启立，红安农村人。2002年9月，他带着从姑姑那借来的4000元学费，到武汉科技学院报到。大学时间相对充裕，他决定提前走入社会，想办法创业。

从2003年春季开始，胡启立靠给中介机构贴招生海报，赚得了第一笔钱。之后，他加盟了一家大型电脑培训机构。

就在这时，他发现很多大学生通过中介公司找兼职，上当受骗的较多，就成立了一家勤工俭学中心，业务越做越大……去年底，他又进军体育培训领域。

他的创富经历，在校园里引起热议。一部分人十分羡慕他；也有人认为他虽然创业成功了，但学习没跟上，而且他现在从事的工作和专业没什么关系，等于放弃了自己的专业，怪可惜的。

另一些人士则认为，胡启立的成功只是一种个例，大学生在校期间还是应该集中力量学习。

Want to know how to improve your grades without having to spend more time studying? Sounds too good to be true? Well, read on...

How to Improve Your Study Habits

Terhaps you are an average student with average intelligence. You do well enough in school, but you probably think you will never be a top student. This is not necessarily the case, however. You can receive better grades if you want to. Yes, even students of average intelligence can be top students without additional work. Here's how:
1. Plan your time carefully. Make a list of your weekly tasks. Then make a schedule or chart of your time. Fill in committed time such as eating, sleeping, meetings, classes, etc. Then decide on good, regular times for studying. Be sure to set aside enough time to complete your normal reading and work assignments. Of course, studying shouldn't occupy all of the free time on the schedule. It's important to set aside time for relaxation, hobbies, and entertainment as well. This weekly schedule may not solve all of your problems, but it will make you more aware of how you spend your time. Furthermore, it will enable you to plan your activities so that you have adequate time for both work and play.
2. Find a good place to study. Choose one place for your study area. It may be a desk or a chair at home or in the school library, but it should be comfortable, and it should not have distractions. When you begin to work, you should be able to concentrate on the subject.
3. Skim before you read. This means looking over a passage quickly before you begin to read it more carefully. As you preview the material, you get some idea of the content and how it is organized. Later when you begin to read you will recognize less important material and you may skip some of these portions. Skimming helps double your reading speed and improves your comprehension as well.
4. Make good use of your time in class. Listening to what the teacher says in class means less work later. Sit where you can see and hear well. Take notes to help you remember what the teacher says.
5. Study regularly. Go over your notes as soon as you can after class. Review important points mentioned in class as well as points you remain confused about. Read about these points in your textbook. If you know what the teacher will discuss the next day, skim and read that material too. This will help you understand the next class. If you review your notes and textbook regularly, the material will become more meaningful and you will remember it longer. Regular review leads to improved performance on test.
6. Develop a good attitude about tests. The purpose of a test is to show what you have learned about a subject. The world won't end if you don't pass a test, so don't worry excessively about a single test. Tests provide grades, but they also let you know what you need to spend more time studying, and they help make your knowledge permanent.
There are other techniques that might help you with your studying. Only a few have been mentioned here. You will probably discover many others after you have tried these. Talk with your classmates about their study techniques. Share with them some of the techniques you have found to be helpful. Improving your study habits will improve your grades.

     In my english space , i never write long articl.Every time when i saw others write a long and good , my heart begin to jump, My English is not well and i don't how to complete express idea and apiont.i am afriad i make mistake and other's will laught,

     Even if at other time i want to someone cant point out and would make me progress.also think .......
