She told me that when I consider the problems I should proceed from the overall interests. As a monitor, what I should do isn’t just making effort, and also including that arranging the tasks for other commissaries. I should learn to divide the work well, and try to make everyone in our class be annealed.

       In faith, usually I finished the tasks by myself, for that I didn’t have confidence in them. Ji said to me, first I should know what advantages they have, and I can arrange the work according to their strong points. For instance, WH is very responsible for the study, so I can assign similar work to him. In a word, fulfilling their own responsibilities, and I give them a hand when they are very busy.
