  • 798 Art Display

    2007-7-27

Long time no update my space.

This week I busied on moveing house.

I rent a new house and this is my 3rd time to move home, wish this is the last time.

Moving can make me throw away some unused things which always be kept  then when moving house I can throw it happily, that can be say the good point of rent house.

Today I went to 798 at JIUXIANQIAO, really interesting place. Artists take Old factory as their studioes, they work at there studioes and display their works.

I'm rather regret that I have no art sense, seems I can't understand most of their works,so abstract.

But one conclusion I need to make :some art works have no aesthetic feeling, they shake you from ugly side.Art departures right direction.

  • When can I buy a house?

    2007-7-10

Recently I browsed the house market, and I was amazed that I found I can't affort the high price, I don't know when I can have my own house...
salary increased so less compared with the house price,Through saving increased, but it  devaluated in fact.

House problem has became a common hot issue for the country.
All the control measures from the govenment has litte effect and even more,  make the house market more hot and the price more high. We have reason to doubt whether it really think about civilians.

Our government, especially local governments have low implementation about laws and central control measures. This is really bad enough, even more worse, they gave different statistic data from different authority branch, where is credit? Don't know who should believe.

    Buy or not buy?
Buy the house will make me become a house slave.
Not buy, the house price rises dramatically.

I witnessed the arounding people become house slave one by one, and I will become one member of them sooner or later,en... when the young people all have a great burden early after they just graduated, do they still have any creativity?

When I am excited about the so advanced science technology , I can't help to ask myself, whether I need to banish some bad memory ? do i really want to erase them if I have the opportunity?

No ,after thinking, I think all the memory , bad or good, all my memory, I don't want to erase them and I will keep it always.  what about you?

  • China labour law

    2007-7-04

The revelations of the scandal of that hundreds of children and adults had been abducted and were working as slaves in Dickensian brick factories and mines across central provinces ,strengthened the hand of officials pushing for stronger worker-protection provisions.

Foreign chambers of commerce and labour activists on Sunday welcomed an overhaul of China’s labour law, but said poor implementation of existing laws meant it was unlikely to improve working conditions in the near future.

The American and European chambers of commerce in Beijing praised the law and the unusually transparent consultation that preceded it, but were sceptical it would actually be enforced.

“The most important point is implementation of the law. In the environmental sector, we see Chinese legislation that is even stricter than European law, yet implementation is sometimes non-existent,” said J?rg Wuttke, chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. “A large gap between legislation and local governments’ ability to implement laws has a detrimental impact on the credibility of the rule of the law.”

The govenment, pls give us the confidence about your future !

  • Anniversary for Hong Kong

    2007-6-30

On Sunday it will be 10 years since Britain turned Hong Kong over to China, and contrary to what many feared back then, the territory has largely maintained the high degree of autonomy Beijing promised to respect under its formula of "one country, two systems." Much of the credit for this belongs not to the reflexively authoritarian party bosses in Beijing, but to the people of Hong Kong, who've not been afraid to take to the streets in the hundreds of thousands when they've sensed a threat to their independence.

If Hong Kong's liberties are to survive another 10 years, its people will have to maintain the same kind of vigilance. With China stubbornly refusing to set a timetable for fully democratic elections to the territory's legislature, street marches will remain an indispensable vehicle for political expression. To be fair, the British failed to institute democracy in the 155 years they ran Hong Kong, but it was stipulated in the Joint Declaration and the Basic Law that covered the transfer of sovereignty to China.

Prosperity has also helped keep Hong Kong on a steady, conservative course. The territory now has more than 67,000 millionaires and 21 billionaires, out of a population of less than seven million. That kind of prosperity doesn't create a huge demand for change. In fact, some of the strongest pressure to maintain the current system, under which only half the members of the Hong Kong legislature are directly elected, comes from powerful local business groups which prefer to keep power in the hands of a very few.

Remembering the fears that accompanied the handover in 1997, today's Hong Kong has much to celebrate on this anniversary: the rule of law still largely holds, the economy was strong enough to weather the SARS epidemic and the Asian financial crash, the city remains among the most exciting in Asia. The success is not an argument for delaying full self-rule; on the contrary, it is proof that the people of the "fragrant harbor" are ready to take full charge of their affairs. China must not let another decade pass before letting it happen.

  • Happy Boys

    2007-6-30

Yesterday, I watched Happy boys TOP5 contest.

I'm not fan of any of them, just a little like CHENCHUSHENG voice.

Here i want to say something about ZHANGJIE's performance .

In the first round PK, CHENCHUSHENG choosed ZHANGJIE to PK and won by 21:10.  when the second round Pk, ZHANGJIE need choose one PK opponent from CHENCHUSHENG and SUXING, he hesitated long time and choosde SUXING, but you know he failed to SUXING also. It's really a big pressure and disappointed to him and his fans.

ZHANG JIE should choose CHENCHUSHENG to do PK again and at least to show his courage and macho, if he failed to CHEN again, he will lose nothing, because he definitely can win JIJIE by SMS votes, he should have the  confidence.

I know ZHANGJIE want to success eagerly, some specific reasons caused, but now he show it out too much and I think his fans should like a simple zhangjie.

I appreciate a person with aspiriation and determination, Zhang jie has the advantadage, but pls take it easy, in the contest stage, if you show too much anxiously, you will be the final looser.

In other words,CHENGCHUSHENG is a GAOSHOU, he made zhangjie more and more nervously.

  • Moving forward

    2007-6-24

Tomorrow, I need make desicion whether go to new company or not.

It's really a hard choice, It made me headache for more than two weeks.I thought I was simple and careless and just do things instinctively, but this time I find I am so hesitating..., always comparing the two choices from bad and good sides .

Though It's both good to choose either of them, but I need choose one and give up one.
