Will out of work?

Recently I feel depressed on my job.
I just graduated 2 years and I always work very hard, and was passive on my work.
my boss gave me awards many times.however the company achievement goes down and need layoff large nubmer of employees in global.
Everyday all kinds of rumor comes out, seems my ardor is becoming little and little.
Maybe one day I will become a worker only working for money not for career.
