Why did the englishCN server meet problem so frequently?

This is my first blog , I want to write something recently, always can't login in.

Wish it can become stable later, It has impacted users mood greatly.

It's really hard to make choice.This year I have been admitted to go ahead to study,but I am really befuddled wheather to go,because I think I don't have abilities so I want to work,but I also don't want to give up this chance.It's a heachde to me .
