This morning,when I came to the office,one of my colleagues told me that the director said the casher's work will be taken over by me.That's what I expected cause the director has told me when I came to work here.It's good.But I hate the statistical work.Anyway,have a try!After all,it's completely a new field to me.

At noon, the director teach me how to calculate the commision.It's a complex work.Every sales man has his own target every month.They can get the commision only achieved the target.While,ususlly,there're five different standards to judge how much can you get per month.They are 90% to 99%;100% to 119%;120% to 149%;150% to 199%&200& or above.That is,for example,if you achieved 90% of the target,you can get 2% of target commision,then maybe can get 3% if achieved 100%,etc.But if the turnover a month is below 90% of the target,they can get nothing.Furthermore,customer payment must be settled,then can get the comission.Otherwise,it will be postponed to next month.

It seems that I will be very busy in the near future.
