• You,cheer up!

    Am I becoming lazier and lazier?---At least these days.

    I wake up late and get up even later.It's likely that sleeping has never lost its appeal to me.

    Lying unfolded in my quilt,I'm too reluctant to get up.[This is  a true-to-life portrayal of me on every day morning.]

    I'm always seeking for a series of excuses for sleeping in......

    "It's still winter now.There is a chill in the air this morning,while my quilt,my lovely quilt can provide so much warmth that I can't resist it."

    "I'm too tired yet.Getting enough sleep is a must for doing a good job",as a result, I closed my eyes again.

    And even some ridiculous ones.

    "Last night I didn't get a fond dream,thus spinning  daydreams may be a proper choice."

    "It's a normal phenomenon that many animals hibernate during the winter,Well, so do I."

    In words,I've found N kinds of excuses to convince myself that sleeping late is not a fault.Still,I feel remorse each time after getting up.

    I was wasting my precious time,no,I thought I shouldn't do such foolish thing for another time.But to the next morning,I always give in to myself once again.What a shame!!![ I draw a conclusion through this:it's hard to make a correct decision when unconscious.]

    Absolutely.Now,just the moment,when I'm conscious,I make up the decision that I'll never get up late.I'll set my alarm clock on at 9 o'clock.It's the minimum standard.

    A new year comes.Many people regard it as a new start,whereas I prefer treating every day as a new beginning from now on.In that case,our life's never bound to fade away.It's colorful and shining,right?^_^

• The Weather Song

      January brings the snow,

     Welcome March  with  wintry wind,

    April brings the sweet spring showers,

    On and on for hours and hours.

    Farmers fear unlikndly May,

    Frost by night and hail by day.

    June just rains and never stops,

    Thirty dayds and spoils the crops.

    In July the sun is hot.

    Is it shining?No it's not.

    August,cold and dank and wet

    Brings more rain than any yet.

    Bleak September's mist and mud

    Is enough to chill the blood.

    Then October adds a gale,

    Wind and slush and rain and hail.

  Dark November brings the fog,

    Should not do it to a dog.

    Freezing wet December,then

    Bloody January again!

   * Miss Tree Finch of Britain wrote a letter on June 11,1969 to her fiance.She used 1,120 metres of computer paper.

   *A lady named Jones in Texas U.S.A wrote a letter to her sister in May 1976.The letter contained 1,113,747 words,much longer than come great works.She spent eight months in writing that letter.

   *Mr Raymond Cantwill of Oxford,Britain is called the "tireless" letter writer.He has lost count of the letters he has written;more than twelve thousand have been pulished by periodicals or radio stations.Once,in order to appeal to the public to pay more attention to charitable institutions,he wrote 425 letters within 36 hours.
