saying is easy ,doing is difficult!

          everyone must have a experience like that once you would say that you will study harder from now on and never play long-time internet games again ,but next day you would play games with others a whole day . how did it happen? why do everyone do not care about what they have said and don't keep their words again and again , they even think it is just a normal thing ?  it also includes me!

         so is that "saying is easy, doing is difficult!"   when we say something we just stand on the tip of our mouths , not our hearts .  we never take it serously ! if oneday when we say something from our own inside-hearts ,i think that maybe we will not lost our words again. maybe it is right or not !
