    1. Selling the office furniture.

    2. Settle account with landlord.

    1, Be Patient, you will gain more.

    Because my new rented room is too small, where can not be put so many furniture; so, I must sell all of them. All the furniture that I bought are high grade, it is expensive, two days ago, I meet the first buyer, his quotation to all the furniture is ￥800, and give me a name card, if I think it is Ok, then call him. I am very surprised to this price, this is unacceptable totally. So, I met the second buyer, he is a young guy, part of the furniture, his quotation is higher than the first buyer. But I still unsatisfied to his quotation. So, I put a advertisement in the Internet. few hours later, I received a mobile phone message, he told me that he is interesting in my bed, and let me give him the quotation, I told him that I have some good furniture, you will be interested in it. He told me that he is only interested in my bed; I said ok, you can come to here see it first. But he only buy the bed, how about the other furniture, I think the second buyer maybe is more generous, So, I come to his shop again, and ask him to my room to discuss the price again, I give all the price for the various furniture separately, then all of them come to ￥1550, when he saw the quotation, he looks very surprised, think it is unacceptable, I told him that some of the furniture’s price that I give him are the other buyer gave me. He look around the furniture again and think for a while, then he told me, all the furniture come to 1300, if I agree, then he will take it immediately. I told him it is unacceptable, and you have the good sales channel, all of my furniture my high grade and all of them looks new. You will make big money through it. He told me that if I can not accept this price, and he also can not offer any help, and told me if I think it is Ok, then I can call him, I said I am sorry. After he went away, I am think how to deal with all the furniture or agree the price that the young man gave me, about 30 minutes later, he called me, “￥1500, if I agree, he will take it immediately!” I think now that he accept this price, ￥50 will do not affect him to make money, So, I told him ￥1550 is the bottom price. I can not make any reduction, in addition, I can not give you the window curtains, as there is a buyer, he already agreed to give me ￥108, So, if you can give me ￥1600, you can take all the thing, he is very unhappy to this thing, blame me why I increase the price again.     The comments to my work today:

     

    1, As we went to the bank before they start to work, so, today, I was in the front of the queue, So, done it very soon. So far, I have finished re-processing all my bank cards that I lost last time.

     

    2, Settle account with Ms.Ou, she sold part of his furniture to me, that come to ￥700.00, add one moth’s deposit ￥700, and there are 19 days left in this month, the renting fee is ￥430. all of these come to ￥1830.00, but we need to deduct the water cost and electronic cost as well as the rent management fees, that come to ￥68.00, So, I need to pay her ￥1762.00. Then the name in the leasing contract change to me, and she turn the key to me; consider the issue of safety, I spent ￥80 to buy a new lock and it was fixed by the people in the shop.

     

    In addition, I find that I am rolling in playing mobile phone games, Once I am free or in the bus, I will can not help to play it. Actually, today, when I come back Fuyong, in the bus, I should call the bed buyer, ask him come over to here to see the bed and let him know that I will move tomorrow. But I didn’t as I am playing the game. When I call him, it is too later already, he told me that he will arrange a car to here to take the bed at the price that we negotiated, after he off day, the time is about at 7 O’clock. The price that he gave is higher than the second-hand furniture buyer with the distance at 68Yuan. But I can no wait him for so long time, I must finish it tomorrow morning. In this case, I will lose ￥68，all of this are the behavīor of playing Game bring to me.

     

    My self-discipline ability is too weak, I swear, from today on, I will do not playing mobile phone games any more.

    2.       Meet some second-hand furniture dealer to estimate the value of the office furniture.

    3.       Call the Shunfeng express to send the repaired mobile phone to Guangzhou.

     

    Comments on my work today:

     

    1, Finish the job of re-processes the bank cards in China bank and China post bank at 2:00PM. Although I done it, I wait in the queue for 3 hours, actually, the time that I need to process the card only need 2 minutes, but I wait in the queue for 3 hours, that is unreasonable. The bank should take a new approach to improve the working efficiency. It seems that people’s time is valueless. Please kindly note that all the people worked in the company should hold a bank card so that the company can issue the salary to the staff more easily, in this case, all the new comers in the company will need to go to the bank to make up a bank card, they need to ask for one day’s leave, in this case, they will lose one day’s salary, plus the card cost and service fee are charged by bank, the cost of one bank card is too high for them. Now, all the commercial banks in China are state-owned business, they should have the sense of servicing the people. Do their best to solve all the problem that the people meet.

     

    2, Frankly, I was very disappointed to price that send-hand furniture dealer quoted to me. In light of their quotation, all my furniture can be sell at ￥1250.00. Especially my Chair, I bought it at ￥860.00, but now, I can only sell it at 100Yuan. My heart were hurt deeply.     2. Take 3pieces mobile phone to Huaqiangbei, mobile phone after sales center for repairing.

    3. Take the repaired NOKIA 6300 from after sales center and test it to see if it is run well.

    4. Met Ms. Ou and finally we come to terms with each other, She sublet the apartment at ￥700.00 per month, and I take part of furniture, like a gas cooker, a rice cooker, a steel bed, a wardrobe and a refrigerator as well as some other things, the total value for these things work out at ￥700.00.

    5. Remit the Web construction fee to Chengsong.

     

    Comments to my work:

    1, Actually, I need re-process 3piece card in Songgang town today, Last time I lost my wallet, and I put all my bank cards and identity card in my wallet. So... As I need to remit ￥300 to ChenSong who responsible for designing my company’s web by Web bank of ICBC today.   • Renting a house

    Now, as I lived in Baoan area, where is far away from Huaqiangbei; Everyday, I need to spend three hours in the bus, that is unacceptable totally, in this case, I almost have no time to deal with my daily work.

     

    So, in my plan of 2008, the first thing is renting a house in Shenzhen city centre where near Huaqiangbei. Then I can save a lot of time and improve my working efficiency.

     

    But, I already spent two days to rent the house, but no result still, the single rooms are in high demand, the apartment is too expensive for me. Especially I find a very strange thing, the price of the house is three times than the house in Baoan, one room one hall, the lowest price is 1100Yuan, but the environment is worse than the house in Baoan. One of my friends told me that one of the reasons is the 2008 new graduates come over to this city. Yesterday, I met one of my University Classmates, from what she told me; I think the new graduates should consider twice before they come over to Shenzhen. Actually, if they try to find the work in other city of Guangdong province, they maybe will meet more good opportunities…

     

    For me, before I carry out my plan, I must solve the living place first, hope I will be lucky and settle this issue under the help of friends…

    Taking my dreams come to this city and start my trip of setting up my own business, but I enter into a field that I never touch it before, I made a serious mistake, So, there are a lot of conflicts generated between my partner and me. In the end, I proposed to separate with each other. I lost all my store that I earned in the past two year since I graduated from University.     Dear Maria,

     

    Long time no contact, hope everything is well with you!

     

    Chinese New Year vacation will be over soon, now, I am busy in making preparation for my business. Last year, for various reasons, I separated with my partner; as electronics products is a strange field for me totally, plus we don’t have customer resource, so, I lost a lot of money, which put me in an embarrassed position, because I borrowed all my father’s money.

     

    But, now that I am on the way of doing business for myself, I will do not withdraw unless there is no opportunity totally to win this war;

     

    Actually, mobile phone is a prospect business, not only in China, but also in a lot of other developing countries in the world. There are more and more new users in this area. Especially in China, from the year of 2001 to last year, ever year, there are 60millions new users. This condition will be lasted until to the year 2010.

     

    As I don’t have enough resource, developing the oversea market is too difficult to me. So, in this year, I will focus on developing the domestic market, and I make a completed marketing plan with 18 pages, as I don’t have enough initial capital, So，I have to find a partner to cooperate with me. So far, without any good news, but I think I hope I will find a great partner soon or later. I am confident that I will make big money in 2008.
