I analyse the current condition, In order to avoid to this kind of happen again, The best approach is TASK ARRANGEMENT, David is an Enginer, to some extend, he is expert in the area of Electronic product in our company, especially, he have been living in Shenzhen and working fro TITE since in the year of 2005. with amount of Electronics product's knowledge, and possess a lot of sources. For me, I have been engaging in marketing since I graduated from University. Possessing different knowledge, with different working background, naturally, our opinion on one thing will be different, the unique solution is Each of us responsible for different job, So, I propose Each of us responsible for different job, David responsible for Technical job, and me, responsible for marketing, Each of us have the right to make the final decision in his own area, concerning partner's job, we can only give the advice, can not compel the partner to do anything.
