Renting a house

New Roman" size=3>Now, as I lived in Baoan area, where is far away from Huaqiangbei; Everyday, I need to spend three hours in the bus, that is unacceptable totally, in this case, I almost have no time to deal with my daily work.

So, in my plan of 2008, the first thing is renting a house in Shenzhen city centre where near Huaqiangbei. Then I can save a lot of time and improve my working efficiency.

But, I already spent two days to rent the house, but no result still, the single rooms are in high demand, the apartment is too expensive for me. Especially I find a very strange thing, the price of the house is three times than the house in Baoan, one room one hall, the lowest price is 1100Yuan, but the environment is worse than the house in Baoan. One of my friends told me that one of the reasons is the 2008 new graduates come over to this city. Yesterday, I met one of my University Classmates, from what she told me; I think the new graduates should consider twice before they come over to Shenzhen. Actually, if they try to find the work in other city of Guangdong province, they maybe will meet more good opportunities…

For me, before I carry out my plan, I must solve the living place first, hope I will be lucky and settle this issue under the help of friends…
