    新闻概要:5月12日14时28分，四川汶川县发生7.8级强震，重庆、湖南、湖北、山西、陕西、河北、北京等地有震感。地震发生后，胡锦涛总书记立即作出指示，温家宝已抵达灾区指导救援。

   现在的我,已经离开了我的家乡,在异地求学--甘肃.地震那天,兰大也是有感地区.回到5月12日下午14时30分,在四川汶川发生了7.8级强烈地震之后,在仅仅不到2分钟之内,地震波及甘肃.当时我们正在上民法课,恰巧讲到了民事法律行为中的自然事件例如地震之类的灾难性的事件会使民事法律关系产生,变更,消亡.老师的话才刚刚说完,就感觉上课用的凳子在摇晃.由于从来没有遇见过这样的情况,起初还以为是后面或者旁边的同学在用力的摇凳子.在同桌疑惑地问我是不是感觉自己在晃,有头晕感,我突然觉得这似乎有些异常.经历过的同学很快就反映了过来.并大声喊着:"地震来了,快出去!"同学们这时开始紧张起来,并且有秩序的跑出了教室,在教学楼前的大空地上集合.我们上课的教室是在一楼,在3楼以上的同学有强烈的震感,他们由于比较惊慌,在下楼的时候很是拥挤.整个教学楼的楼梯都是被人给挤满的.在短时间内,大部分人都疏散到了户外,同学们惊恐不已的在外面看着庞大的教学楼在地面上摇晃.回去时,交接大厅已经有了裂缝,德远楼严重变形,成为了危楼(德远楼年代本已较久,且已经存在一定裂缝).混乱后,同学开始往家里打电话,但总是不通.虽然没有教务处的通知,但我们还是很快恢复了教学秩序.到晚上,我们一直都在等待着余震的来临,11点,它准时到达.再次疏散.辅导员之后来看望,同学们的情绪都很稳定.

   我真正想说的,并不是地震有多可怕,而是地震之中暴露的问题有多严重.从这次的事件,我没有看到兰大任何的应急措施,以下,简略说说兰大做的不到位的几点.

    第一,地震到来之前,学校没有及时通知.榆中校区地处偏僻之地,即使是有电脑,但是大部分同学还是没有很好的信息渠道的.学校应该担任信息源的主要角色.我们完全没有看到或者听到任何和地震有关的信息.或许学校是为了稳定校园秩序,安定人心.但是,我们至少也有知道实情的权利.这对于我们的生命是只重要的保障.

    第二,地震到来之后,我们完全没有看到校领导的任何踪迹,在如此混乱的秩序下，没有听到来自校广播中心的声音.教务处的反映之慢是史前难寻的.似乎这时候的学校不是他们的管辖范围之内的,学生的生命安全被置于不管不顾的状态.

    第三,在拥挤的环境下最容易发生的事情就是踩踏.在大灾难中,很多人不是死于灾难,而是死于拥挤.校医院的紧急应急机制应该是派救护车到教学楼查看有无伤员,而不是稳故的坐在值班室里等待着受伤的学生艰难的赶过来.

    第四,我不清楚是不是我并没有看到.正常情况下,在地震之后,我们应该有专门人员检查教学楼受到的损伤,并加以评估,在存在危险的地方进行加固.至少我没有听闻相关的信息,希望是我没看见,而不是没有进行.

    虽然这次的地震给榆中带来的仅仅存在于受威胁之中,但是这一次的事故就足以暴露出体制的弊端.我们要感叹的不是劫后余生,而是要更加考虑如何去完善我们的体制.

    很多社团或者学生会在地震后都发起了救灾活动.这很好,很充分的体现了当代大学生的爱国,爱人民,爱社会的心情.但是,我觉得,我们最要做好的,首先是学会如何应对地震,其次,是要更好的学习本专业的知识,在今后的道路上,尽自己的全力,避免地震这种灾难给我们带来更大的损失.凡事都要吃一堑长一智,最重要的是预防,是应对.像日本如此地震发生率高的地方,死亡人数仅仅是几个左右,他们成功的地方就是,学会应对.

   今年的中国发生了太多的灾难,但是,任何一个爱国的人都不要气馁,真正的中国人应该就是在与洪水,干旱,雪灾,地震的抗争中成长起来的炎黄自孙的后人！！！

From the beginning of this term ,I can't concentrate my attention on my study .Because many new and interesting things happened around me.These things made me diffuse my energies .What't more,a lot of things are waiting for me to solve.After I entered the university,the most important experience I gained from the daily college life is that"maybe you are free ,in fact you are constrained by yourself."What I want to express is that ,if you want to make you busy,you are busy ,if you want to make you out of time,you can have enough time to stay in the dormitary sign in despair.

Several persons who I met before again appeared in my life.Maybe just because of the holdays.They have enough time to do something else.We get connection by the QQ.Some of them keep the style,but most of them change a lot.They have a different opinion about their life.When they were asked to think of their future ,they felt cunfused.They release their dissatisfaction by indugle themselves in the Internet .I know a typical one,he changed his girlfriends frequently.I asked him the reason,he said that he can not understand it ,neither.

In my opinion,the age of our period can be the cutthroat.The boys and girls of our age,become mature.We have to deal with many problems we haven't met before.The lack of experience and the shortage of direction made them easier to go the wrong way.So keep a kind ,a lenient heart,you'll find that many of them are not as hateful as we thought.
