  After four years study of economics,i do not understand weather economics can of any sense in our daily life. If these words are heard by my dear teachers , i think i can hear the vioce of breaking heart.But we do need to face the truth.Economics do really omit too much things and economics do not anticipate how important do people play in the socail game.

    In the capital market , we have to see that there are too much hot money.In the developed city like shanghai,shenzhen,beijing,the price of house is growing too fast for normal people and i heart one news that the CCB issued a report that the price will be shooting even faster in the next half year.In the views of economics,the housing supply is constant,however this not true.In fact ,our government can control it.The price in fact depend on the supply and demand.In my eyes, the demand is too hard too cut it down.Cos having a house is the dream of every person.what the goverment can do is to rise the cost of investing in housing , for example put taxes on the people have more than two houses. Of course if we see through the bank . Bank do really benenit from the high price of house.So to control the price ,the goverment can do too much than we can't expect.

    In today world ,i can't see the price of coming down.Just because people and the government do not want it down.Too many reason for it.So the only way out is buy your house as early as possiple.If you can't buy one, the last thing you can do is making more money through hard work.

   Today i found that in capital market the finacial analysing is important .maybe you maybe wondering that the financial sheet can cheet everyone.But I think in the market the financial information will become more and more transparency in the coming future.So if you want to be a good 'value discover',you have to be excel at financial analysing.So i hope and made my mind to learn financial analysing as Mr lang xian ping did.
