Ingredients:
Pork ,Onion,Flour,Water,Ginger,Shrimps,Spice,Cabbages
Frist ,put flour and water together and make them to be a dough.Roll it until it isn't sticky.
Second ,it's turn to make filling for dumplings. Take a piece of pork and mince it .Cut the onion ,ginger and cabbages into pieces .Add spice ,little shrimps ,the choped onions ,the mashed ginger and the carved cabbages into pork. Stir them evenly and make it become paste .
Then ,roll dumpling wrappings with rolling pin which is made into thim rounds whose diameter is 5 centimetres .
Next ,put a bit filling into a piece of dumpling wrapping . Fold it tight ,
Finally ,pour the dumplings into boing water one by one . Cover it with pot cover .Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes .Pull the dumplings out of water .
A dish of dumplings is finished and you can eat it !
