    Do you find yourself tired all the time although you get enough sleep? Then maybe this is for you. When you're feeling weak and tired, the worst thing to do is to take a nap. It won't restore your stamina. On the contrary, what happens then is your body loses even more energy than it had before, making you even more lethargic.
    You may also have these poor habits that worsen the problems. Do you stay in the same small area without getting up to move around? Does your job require that you sit down the whole day in front of a computer? Any or all of these reasons might be the cause of your energy loss, keeping your energy level low.
    What should you do, then, at those moments when you feel so tired even though you've gotten enough sleep? A cup of coffee won't help much either, as it is easy to get adedicted to the caffeine. The best and most natural thing to do is to take a brisk walk. Doctors recommend the activity because it will increase the heart rate. This increased heart rate will lead to several  hours of alertness. Moreover, a regular exercise routine can make your fatigue problems disappear forever.

  • Do not punish yourself inasmuch other's mistakes!

    I always fell a little nevers those days. Time passed so quickly, but I even don't know what to do.

    Everything  around me is improtant to my life. I  ever expected all those in normal, that's enough. Some one says, it is not easy to get what you want.

    Before I came to this company, the boss told me my wage is 1400 RMB in the  shake down period .At last ,I get 1300RMB in fact. What's wrong with? I don't know, or no one knows expect the boss himself.

    Nothing to do in my work, it is boredom. But I have no chance to look for the work I like to do because I'm this year's graduates.Most of the companies want one who have experiences. what I can do is only to learn more by myself ,and stand  the realism, at the same time ,to look for a better job.

    All of my colleagues went to have super together yesterday except Demi and I. Both of us come to this company  not long before.But we do our best to affiliate with the other old workers. We fell that they are friendly, and easy-going. But they did't even say a word about yesterday' dinner. I can't understand why. I believe I'm a good one, Demi is too.We feel  a little hurt till now.

    Do not punish yourself  inasmuch other's mistakes, I should be a happy one.

    "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"is a popular saying in the united States. Other countries have similar saying. It is true that all of us need recreation. We cannot work all the time if we are going to keep good health and enjoy life.
    Everyone has his own way of relaxing. Perhaps the most popular way is to take part in sports. There are team sports, such as baseball, basketball, and football. There are individual sports, also,such as golf and swimming. In addition, hiking, fishing, skiing, and mountain climbing have a great attraction for people who like to be outdoors.
    Not everyone who enjoys sports enents likes to take part in them. Many people prefer to be onlookers, either watching them on television, or listening to them on the radio. When there is an important baseball game or boxing match it is almost impossible to get tickets; everyone wants to attend.
    Chess, card-playing, and dancing are forms of indoor recreation enjoyed by many people. It doesn't matter whether we play a fast game of ping-pong, concentrate over the bridge table, or go walking through the woods on a brisk autumn afternoon. It is important for every one to relax from time to time and enjoy some form of recreation.

    Whether work should be placed among the causes of happiness or among the causes of unhappiness may perhaps be regarded as doubtful question. There is certainly much work which is exceedingly irksome, and an excess of work is aways very painful. I think, however, that, provided work is not excessice in amount, even the dullest work is to most people less painful than idleness. There are in work all grades, from mere relief of tedium up to the profoundest delights, according to the nature of the work and the abilitied of the worker. Most of the work that most people have to do is not in itself interesting, but even such work has certain great advantages. To begin with, it fills a good many hours of the day without the need of diciding what one should do. Most people, when they are left free to fill their own time according to their wen choice ,are at a loss to think of anything sufficiently pleasant to be worth doing. Moreover, the exercise of choice is in itself tiresome. Except to people with unusual initiative, it is possitively agreeable to be told what to do at each hour of the day, provided the orders are not too unpleasant. Most of the idle rich suffer unspeakable boredom as the price of their freedom from drudgery. Accordingly the more intelligent rich men work nearly as hard as if they were poor, while rich women for the most part keep themselves busy with innumerable trifles of whose earth-shaking importance they are firmly persuaded.

  • Sth. in My Mind

        I still can't forget the days when I worked in Shidai,as a saler of Zhejiang Talent Coverage.There are something that you do not know do what to them,just like the feeling of can not give up sth.
        One person in my mind is special,his name is Jianwei Wan,the manager of Hangzhou Yuelai Textile Co.,Ltd.Not because he is a good man or he did something that helpful to me.In fact,I can't forget the days I asked him to recruit through the net.
        Some one says,one will not cherish the days or the persons that are easy to obtain.On the contrary,he or she sets down the days or humans in a hard time as their treasures.The first time when I speak to Wan surprised me too much.He was just like the other HR,asked me many questions about the price and the influences and so on. What let me didn't know how to continue our conversation was that:
        You know,I am a girl come from Henan Provience.He hated the ones come from Henan,of course,I don't know why till now,and he didn't know where I came from.Then he said to me:"Please let the ones come from Henan go,OK,I only need the ones that in our provience,that enough!"
        I couldn't tell him more about myself,I am afraid he can not accept the trueth and gave more hatred to the people of our provience.I said nothing and I can't express my inner world because I am not ony one that belong to Henan,but I am a saler,who had more duties to their customers.
        He recruited through the net in the end,just before the days I came back to school.He said I was one that different to the other girls and he would always remember.Of coursre,I told him that I come from where he always hated.He was surprise in some degree,but this was exactly true.
        I always believe that,most people come from Henan Provience are good enough.I hope you can change your mind that all of them are hatred.None where is good enough,none where is bad only!
        We live in one family,her name is China!!!

Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop;Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world.Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.This is Forever Friendship.when you're down, and the world seems dark and empty, Your forever friend lifts you up in spirits and makes that dark and empty world suddenly seem bright and full.Your forever friend gets you through the hard times,the sad times,and the confused times. If you turn and walk away, Your forever friend follows, If you lose you way, Your forever friend guides you and cheers you on.     However mean your life is,meet it and live it ;do not shun it and call it hard names.It is not so bad as you are.It looks poorest when you are richest.The fault-finder will find faults in paradise.Love your life,poor as it is.You may perhaps have some pleasant,thrilling,glorious hourss,even in a poor-house.The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as brightly as from the rich man's abode;the snow melts before its door as early in the spring.I do not see but a quiet mind may live as contentedly there,and have as cheering thoughts,as in a palace.The town's poor seem to me often to live the most independent lives of any.May be they are simply great enough to receive without misgiving.Most think that they are above being supported by the town;but it often happens that they are not above supporting themselves by dishonest means.which should be more disreputable.Cultivate poverty like a garden herb,like sage.Do not trouble yourself much to get new things,whether clothes or friends,Turn the old,return to them.Things do not change;we change.Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts.
