Are you extremely nervous or anxious.

No matter whom you are, you are nervous many time at the life time.The first time on date,the first time to attend interview, the first time to play bungee jumping, when you attend important examinations,etc.
However,nervous or anxious is the biggist enemy to our brain and mind is spite of which the normal physiological phenomenon in our body. So to overcome this emotion seems to be extremely significant in our life. For instance, I attended the MBA examination on January this year. I felt nervous befor I went to the examination room. So I put down the books and watched movie the day before the present day. At the begining of the examination, maybe five minutes or six,I could't read the question peacefully. After the little adaptive period, I felt calm and then do the paper calmly. I after three month, I got the letter of acceptance from Tianjin University. However,my friend, who is really a conscientious person. For preparing the examination, she resigned in June last year, then she hard to study every day. She went to library every day from morning to night. I knew her great effort. When my exercise books was still in a blank, her's was full in note in last autumn.I was very amazing when I saw that.She told me she had use up more than 40 ballpens. So I knew this examination was very significant for her. Nevertheless,she fail the exam because of the extremely nervous. It was precisely because she attached extremely importance on the examination,so the great pressure and nervous made her lost the examination. So the tension and anxiety come from great pressure sometimes,that's why considerable students fail the examination which alert to the parents don't give them to many pressure. Becasue different people have different health condition, so over-pressure may collapsed people who have bad psychological diathesis. From this point of view, I argue that the best thing is to keep cool and calm. More often than not,we was defeated by ourself rather than difficulties.
To be sure, no one can live without tension and anxiety.We do anything nervously at the first time.So how the reduce the pressure and tension to be the most important thing to everybody in the modern society. I still remembered my first time to teach students, I told my self to keep calm and deep breathing before I came into classroom. After experiencing various of fresh things, I have leared how to relax myself when I feel nervous. Such as slow deep breathing, Yoga, stretching, massage, peaceful thoughts and strolling,etc.
Now I'd like to meet newer and higher challenge. Such as to attend CCTV's program, I want to expreicence that face to millions of people before the TV set. How interesting and exciting!

It's really amazing when I watched this short movie at frist.
Maybe the event's opinion vary from individual to individual. To her own, she may just want to be famous or bet with other students,etc. But I really argued that her action made a bad impact on university's general image. This student is an exceptional case that she is not able to represent the nomal situation.
But we should attach importance on this strange phenomenon, especially in the universities or other public locations. So I felt sorry when I saw the stundent who was no conscious of her amour-propre and self-respect.I also guessed that her parents would felt hurt if they knew their child's behavīor.
Regards as the university's official leader, they should investigate this student and give her a serious punishment. I knew many principles which looked like strange in college in England ,Australia and other countries. So I thought that foreiger were always very humor and funny. Now,I begin to know that so-called rules are very importance indeed. For example, One item in a 400 years old college rules in Cambridge College claimed that students who are on the examination can require the teacher to buy hamburger and beer for him. Because it's really the truth in that college rules,so the teacher had to buy these food for him. However,he recieved a fine to $20 punishment a week later because there is another item in that 400 years old rules that said the student who attend the exam has to wear the sword. And I also read another principle in England several days ago. There is an item in the strange rules said that pregnant women can take a pee at any place even in the policeman's hat. Now I understand the real meaning.
Back to this student, She may get a bad sequency. A person who don't understand self-respect and self-love will meet hooligans. Our Chinese female should obey the traditional virtue. -
How to release yourself when you feel bad?

Everyone meets bad mood in the life time. There is an lod proverb said:"Life is mostly as one wishes thing" which express the frustrated life. We may fell bad when some friends leave us, when we quarrel with other men, when we see or hear painful affairs, when we meet difficulties in the job, when we can't be understand by our colleague or leader,etc. So it's quite nomal when we confromt pressure and bad emotion. However, there aslo has another idiom said: Pleasure accompanied by sorrow. Therefore, we should see towards the sunny side. Optimism is more and more important to modern people who live in such a high development and extreme competitive sociaty.
No matter whom you are, you are bound to pressure and then the pressure transfer to bad mood. However, fortunately, I have many way to reduce all kinds of pressures.
In the first place, travel is the best way. No one feel boring when he goes to a strange city or country. The new things, beautiful scenery, different culture always catch man's curiosity. I'm excited when I go to other cities every time, especially when I sat on plane. The blue sky and white cloudy sea always attract me so much. But it's really a great consumption to have long time journey.
Second, cry is also a good abreact way. Many people argue that woman is made by water. Of course, you'll feel better after crying. Certainly, litter pressure don't need to weep.
Third, Many people chose going shopping crazily, the things they bought sometimes lying down the bottom of man's graderobe or filling with dust. This way also waste considerable money but can cure some people's pressure.
For me, I sometimes choose to visit other cities. And a great part of the pessimistic time, I choose to write blog, read book , listen to music or chat with my friends etc. I always express my sigh with emotion in my essaies. After finishing writing , I felt better then.
Finally, if you like to take photo, i argue that it's really a good way to reduce the pressure. I take many photos about building, scenery, sky, cloud, river, coffee cup and shop, etc. I recorded down all the beautiful life in my camere, then I began to delight.
I always like this idiom: If you are easy ,the life is easy. Remember. settlements are more than problems forever. Keep optimism,and you will find the life is colorful.
