  • Are you extremely nervous or anxious.

    No matter whom you are, you are nervous many time at the life time.The first time on date,the first time to attend interview, the first time to play bungee jumping, when you attend important examinations,etc.

    However,nervous or anxious is the biggist enemy to our brain and mind is spite of which the normal physiological phenomenon in our body. So to overcome this emotion seems to be extremely significant in our life. For instance, I attended the MBA examination on January this year. I felt nervous befor I went to the examination room. So I put down the books and watched movie the day before the present day. At the begining of the examination, maybe five minutes or six,I could't read the question peacefully. After the little adaptive period, I felt calm and then do the paper calmly. I after three month, I got the letter of acceptance from Tianjin University. However,my friend, who is really a conscientious person. For preparing the examination, she resigned in June last year, then she hard to study every day. She went to library every day from morning to night. I knew her great effort. When my exercise books was still in a blank, her's was full in note in last autumn.I was very amazing when I saw that.She told me she had use up more than 40 ballpens. So I knew this examination was very significant for her. Nevertheless,she fail the exam because of the extremely nervous. It was precisely because she attached extremely importance on the examination,so the great pressure and nervous made her lost the examination. So the tension and anxiety come from great pressure sometimes,that's why considerable students fail the examination which alert to the parents don't give them to many pressure. Becasue different people have different health condition, so over-pressure may collapsed people who have bad psychological diathesis. From this point of view, I argue that the best thing is to keep cool and calm. More often than not,we was defeated by ourself rather than difficulties.

    To be sure, no one can live without tension and anxiety.We do anything nervously at the first time.So how the reduce the pressure and tension to be the most important thing to everybody in the modern society. I still remembered my first time to teach students, I told my self to keep calm and deep breathing before I came into classroom. After experiencing various of fresh things, I have leared how to relax myself when I feel nervous. Such as slow deep breathing, Yoga, stretching, massage, peaceful thoughts and strolling,etc.
       

    Now I'd like to meet newer and higher challenge. Such as to attend CCTV's program, I want to expreicence that face to millions of people before the TV set. How interesting and exciting!
