Actually,I Have no favorite singer, but I like to listen to music very much. I am willing to listen to all melodic songs whoever sing. My parents both like Deng Li Jun very much. and I also saw her classic vocal concert titled "one billion applause". Mrs. Deng is the ancestor of pop music in China. So she took the fancy of huge audience. However, I'm a member of Generation Y, so the pop influence of Mrs. Deng become fade and fade. The singer or group who grew with me are “Xiao hu dui”, “Beyond group”, etc. They sang considerale melodic sings though they had seperated and the lead singer of Beyond had died for many years. But the deep impression has been going on to now. I perceive all the young man of Generation Y could sing their song because they have deep impressed in our mind.

Internet has become more and more convenient to morden world. We surf the internet, to search various information, to assist our business, to play games and especially to buy things on it. At the beginning, I don’t believe the security of internet. I heared many cases about network crime. But I like reading books, and the busy work always occupy my considerable time and I have no time to go to bookshop to search new and favorite books. Sometimes I went to book shop and felt tired because I really can’t find books I needed. There are more than 100,000 books in it. So, for saving time, I try to use Dang Dang website, the biggest online book shop in China, by searching new books. After seeing pay at destination, I had a little reassuring. I felt quite achievement when the first book been put on my office desk. Then after that, I always buy books online. It’s so convenient that can satisfy all my demanded in the house or office. To go to bookshop not only wasted my time but also fare, however, by online-shopping, I just use 10 or less than 10 minutes to finish my order.

I usually find many fresh and new goods form internet. So I tend to shopping online. And more and more young people buy or sell goods in A Li Ba Ba or Taobao website. So do I. For example, I like to drink various kinds of coffee, whatever instant coffee or coffee bean boiled by pot. However, I drank NESCAFE and Maxwell for many years and felt exhuasted to those taste. I began to drink Vietnamese coffee. And a coincident occasion, I found a kind of coffee call Maxim. It’s a little expensive than other instant coffee. I bought one and tasted well. Then I find Maxim in Taobao and the price is very reasonable. We found many goods are cheaper than them in shop because they have no cost on internet.

In many foreign countries, people use internet to buy commodities, even to buy vegetable. Perhaps, we can aslo buy vegetable for daily cooking some day. But, be careful! The network crime or swindle could never disappeared.

I really can't understand why people and internet users lke to comment on people's or pop stars' warm heart by how much money they donate to disaster areas in this Sichuan earthquake.

I hear many different comment from people talking about pop stars every day. However,in the poor ciyt, many people criticize why these stars only donate 100,000 RMB or just below 50,000 RMB? They earn a great deal of money but contribute only a little. I sometimes have a impulsion to ask them do you really know how much money do the stars earn exactly? How do you know they earn too much? And how much money do so-called critics donate to catastrophe areas? We just dedicate our warm heart to victims rather than dignity and glory. And I also know some pop stars hope to raise their reputation, so they donate considerable money. All these people, in my opinion, I perceive they don’t have real warm heart in their mind and body.

Therefore, I remembered “Wang Shi” event which happened some days ago. After Wan Ke Group donating 2,000,000 RMB, many internet users began to attack and criticize Wang Shi’s narrowness. There is a principle in Wan Ke Group, to consider of staff’s economic ability, so whole staff just donate a little part of their salary to any donation. And the top donation is ten yuan. That’s why Wan Ke Group just donated 2,000,000 RMB to Sichuan. I think this principle is quite human-based and should be made full use. But this principle suffer other’s objection. There is an idiom in China goes “Stand to talk not a waist is painful.”, which express many people just like to find other’s weakness but can’t see their own hears. Therefore, more and more criticism from internet and Wang Shi, Wan Ke Group’s boss, is obliged to apologize to public and face many press conferences. He decide to invest 1,000,000,000 RMB to reconstruct disaster areas in Sichuan. In this states, on some degree, I perceive “Each one sweeps the snow from his own doorstep and doesn't bother about the frost on his neighbor's roof.” Is quite right.

In many companies, colleague like to as this question: “How much money do you contribute?” It has become a sensitive question just as to ask for your salary. It has become true that lots of people used donation-amount to measure people’s salary. For saving face, some people are obliged to donate considerable money, which has lost the real meaning of dedigation.

To say the least, two people both donate 50RMB, but one earns 500RMB per month, the other earns 3000RMB per month, whose warm heart is better?

Therefore, we shouldn’t use money to measure warm heart and we don’t make kindness change into bad thing.

Well,I really feel exciting when I see this topic. Although I'm not a hi-fi discer, but i have watch considerable foreign movies.

Please allow me to talk about my favorite movies. The first one, I'd like to introduce "the legend of 1900" which relates a genius pianist borns, breeds and dies in a passenger liner. 1900 is the pianist name because he is a deserted child been put on a piano. A black cleaner finds him and cultivated him to become a teens. However, the black cleaner died in an accident. But 1900 so like piano that he can play it without any staff and cultivating. He plays many improvisational melodic songs and become a band pianist. His friend, a bugler asks him why not get off the ship to seek his own dream. But he never taken down. Only one time a recording company goes to this liner and asks 1900 playing one improvisational song, just thinking of what song he plays, he sees a beautiful woman out of the cabin window, and he plays down a peaseful song which describe the beautiful girl and his love at the first look. However, he robs the record and it's only finds in a pawnshop many years later. And when the liner is decided to blow up, no one see 1900 again. At the last of this movie, we just see two hands playing in the air. It's a legend that describe a pianist has no identity record in the world. Although it's a tragedy, but i have seen it 3 times. I also imagine 1900 didn't die, he got off the liner and sought the dream girl. Then they married and lived in a peaceful pastoral pasture. The autumn golden sunlight cast the shadow behind them. The woman was cooking pudding and 1900 was playing melodic song. So two many people asked me why my name was crystal blue 1900, because I like crystal blue color, which can bee seen out of the aeroplane windows and 1900 was the legend pianist name. Because I also like to play piano and hope to become a pianist in the furture.

The second one titled “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” . I perceived an overwhelming children were fond of this movie. It’s describe a kind boy lived in a poor family, and Chocolate king Willy Wonka is such a mysterious person, but the kind boy Charlie become the host of this Chocolate Factory at last. There are five children won the exclusive ticket and have chance to enter his factory. We see a dramatic world in Willy’s chocolate factory. All lawn, tree, ground, spring are made by chocolate. Fantastic originality! And we are also willing to see “Bad deeds, as well as good, may rebound upon the doer.” So the kind boy obtain the excellent chocolate factory and other four children were punished more or less. The comedy end is welcomed to young people.

The third one is “The Bourne Identity”. A heroic character own pyrotechnic skill and defeat almost all the spies, killers and senior officers in NSA. After watching it, I found I began to admire Matt Damon.

Talk about domestic movies, I really feel embarrassed to say I don’t like watching them. Because the plot is so awful that i see the beginning and then guess out the result. Especially the action moviea, plenty of martial arts are so false that I have lost the interesting to see it any more. Secondly, the originality is so so. The gap between domesitc movies and foreigns is too large. Thirdly, it’s a good way to improve my listening of watching foreign movies. Especially those women who worked in NSA or such as these orgnizations, their pronunciation are distinct and standard. That’s why I became a loyal audicence to watch foreign movies.

I'd like to talk about 3 in this ten careen. the first is HR management. I was a human resource manager for 5 years. And I also learn many HR training course from vocational training centre. I percieved I was very acquient with HR. Too many companies didn't attach importance to human resourse management because the boss thought this department was just an expending department few years age. This section can't get benifit for companies. However, more and more companies now realize that a good employee can make great benifit, and shifting population alway take benifit out and also bring many trouble, especiall the working methods and handover error. So bosses began to concern about Human Resourse management. They need to find good and senior employee who can make more benifit for them. This benifit is not only for money ,but for quike expanding in the industry. We know there are 6 parts in HR adminsitraiton. They are recruiting and collocating, traning and development, payment and welfare, performance evaluation, human resource programming and labour relation. Perhaps a good hr manager is a men, but women are aslo adapt to this career which is relatively steady. However, a Hr manager in middle or samll companies can't earn too many money. That's why considerable men like to engage in market department rather then this static branch. For performance evaluation which include huge calcultion. Therefore, it's more suit for women who are more careful than men.

The second popular career is yoga coach. In this competitive world, pressure form job and familiy become more and more which had seriously influenced to people's health. So more and more people began to concern about physical exerciese. Yoga is a good way to relax your body and can also loss weight.I sometimes go to palaestra to yoga. I feel quite comfortable after playing it. Just for consider people began to concern about health, so the yoga coach will become hot.

The thrid popular career is rare foreign languages guides. The Olympic Games will hold in PEK. we will meet a great deal of international friends from all over the world. And foreigners will know and touch Chinese culture during the period. An ancient country had classical and perfect civilazaiton will attract them so much. I do believe considerable of foreigners are bound to come to China next time. However, some of them can't understand English, such as friends from French-speaking countries and middle east countries. They may understand a little of English, but they can't speak or lister to English very well. We know that the reason why too many chinese people don't like to go abraod is language obstacle. So i percieve the rare foreign languages guides will become popular in 2008 and after it.

I intend to learn at least 3 foreign languages. They are English, French and Russian. My english is on the way. After passing English Test, I'll begin to learn French. 

Today moring, I got up and surfed the internet, I found that the logo of baidu is change into gray color. I thought there must have some reasons. Then I opened my qq and been told that China on Monday began three days of national mourning as the death toll from last week's devastating earthquake mounted and rescue workers continued to search for survivors among the rubble. By Sunday evening, the official death toll rose to 32,477. Another 220,109 were wounded in the major quake. Chinese officials said the three-day period of mourning will begin at 2:28 p.m on Monday, exactly one week after the quake struck the southwestern Sichuan province.During that mourning period, the Olympic torch relay will be suspended. The torch was going to be in the eastern cities of Ningbo and Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province on Monday, then in Shanghai on Tuesday and Wednesday. The national flag was lowered to half staff in Beijing Tiananmen Square and all the overseas offices. And the officals also required to stop entertainment activities. Air-raid warnings will sounded and all Chinsese fellowmen stand in silent tribute for 3 minutes at 2:28 p.m.. In that period, cars, trains and ships will stop and whistle for 3 minutes. Stock market will pause in 3 minitues,then they restore business deals at 2:31. This nation's movement reflect our unity and warm-heart. There is an idiom called "Ten fingers connects with the heart." It's really exciting that there is solid unity throughout the nation. The terrible catastrophe came, we all astonished.

I do find the power of internet. We can see sina, baidu, iciba, yahoo, etc have change the logo into black or gray color. It's no doubt that this is the greatest national mourning in our country. Everyone felt shocked when we saw the change in the internet. What's is more, I do admire and appreciate the center goverment's power and great influence. I knew considerable people complained that the Chinese nation was a heap of loose sand. Sometimes I also had this opinion. However I have changed my mind by  two events occured in China. One is Carrefoue incidence, one is Wenchuan earthquake. This two events reflect our fellow's resolution to develope our country, to promote the our position in international society. we can see many appreciation, respect and admiration from foreign broadcasting station and tv station all over the world.

I'm waiting for the moment of mourning, I will stand and pray constantly for the death people.

Talk about Olympic Games, the opinions about it vary from individual to individual. Some people, especially elder people in many cities argue that Olympic Games is held in China waste both money and manpower. Others who support Olympic Games been held in China maintain that we have waiting for this exciting moment for a long long time. For holding Olympic Games, Chinese government expend huge sum to establish mental and material civilization. However, too many people can’t understand the real significance of holding Olympic Games.

As far as I’m concerned, I realized that Chinese Government paid a lot of attention to this indeed. Olympic Games has not only the sportive meaning but also the utmost political importance. We are a developing huge country. However, our GDP is still below the standerd of international level. We should develop our country, the mission is not only pure toward to government but also to the entire Chinese people. Our government always hope to promote China’s position in the international society. Olympic Games is a rightly opportunity. There is an old idiom in China called: Catch two pigeons with one bean. We can use this chance to show our contry’s civilization, Chinese culture, our economic force and people’s quality. It’s really a sacred mission of entrie Chinese people. And it’s really a good opportunity to help the people of the world better understand China and also let the Chinese to touch multiplicity of cultures and customs all over the world. The great modern Olympic Movement has gone through many changes in the past 100 years. If the Olympic Games was to be held in China, the most populous nation in the world, it will trun a new page on the Olympics because much more people will share the Olympic spirit and add great splendor to the Olympic Movement in the new millennium. We know the Olympic Spirit is the spirit of mutual understanding, friendship, solidarity and fair paly. It’s an exciting an excellent thing to let China, the most populous nation in the wold, to understand Olympic Spirit. We will show our adventures and expose weaknesses to the world. However, every bean have its black, needly to say a country. We are not afraid to expose weaknesses to face the world. Such in this situation, we are aware to the fact that we should develop, change and reinforce. China cannot develop itself in isolation of the world, and the world also needs China for its development. So I appriciate our government to do their best to go after the opportunity to hold Olympic Games.

In the first place, we use this opportunity to change environment of cities. We built new stadiums, we began to build large area of green fields to portect environment. We improved on highways and subways. The newly constructed high-rises add greatly to the beauty of cities. Nobody is willing to live in dirty circumstance. The cities construction also bring new apprearence.

Secondly, our government also construct mental civilization of cities. We can watch many public advertisements on TV which alarm people’s behavīor. Many people been shocked by this public advertisments. The comperes of CCTV join up to play these advertisements. Their public images can bring huge good effection. So I admire these comperes, and I aslo been moved by them. And all social sectors celebrated the significant movement in various ways. We can see element schools, middle schools and universities hold many programs to advocate Olympic Spirit, to advocate building a harmonious society; we can see many bbses hold Olympic competitive activities; we can see many volunteers compete to attend Olympic Games service work. They pracitice speaking English and Olympic English everyday. Many old people and taxi drivers began to study English to welcome international friends. And the Olympic Games also bring many ecnomic opportunities to commocial and industry. Almost all Chinese people were affected to a greater or less degress on raising mental civilization. Socity is made up of individuals. A good country can be crowned with charm and grace by a people who are culutred and refined.

Thirdly, We are redoubling our efforts to standardize and improve the urban security system in this opportuniy. To do our best to combat crime, to attach great importance to crack down on counterfeit goods , etc.

However, we still face many dangers and difficulties. Such as Tibetan independence, terrorist organizations, those fickle citizen who didn’t support Olympic Games. Some “East Turkistan” organizations openly stated that they would use terrorist and violent means to achieve their purpose of separation, Carrefour incidence and such as these incidences might be broken out someday, etc. I have seen the power of government. Since too many internet users restricted France goods, especially directed at consumers who gone to Carrefour supermarket to shopping on May Day holiday, many students and young men prepared to kidnap or threaten those consumers. So government required all the search-engine in Chinese websites to shut down all the informations about Carrefour Supermark, meanwhile, the government asked France canceled a three-day sales promotion planned for the Mad Day holiday on the Chinese mainland, including those in the print and broadcast media and circulars. To the limit of reducing the influence of misunderstanding event.

Therefore, our government face extreme secure and stable pressures, and also economic develpping problems. The government try every way to reinforce our international strength to develop Chinese economy. So we should understand and accept government. We should promote ourselves general qulities. Such as saving water, protecting enviroment, doing good deeds, helping others, obeying traffice rules, studying hardly, etc. We should not negnect them in spite of that they are all little things. For the country enjoying stability and prosperity, and the people live in peace, government make great effort to reach the target, so do we.

Now, we are ready to welcome Olympic Games. I hope more and more people can attach importance to heighten people’s general qualities and construct mental civilization. Reform and opening up to the outside world have brought about great changes in Beijing, a city with a history of 3,000 years. The city has taken on a complete new look as it enters the new century. It will embrace the athletes and friends from the rest of the world with great enthusiasm.

I just found master change into this topic. Well, we always remember valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Spring Festival, Mid-autumn Day,etc. But we rarely remember Mother's day, Father's day,etc. Why? Becasue too many people considered that we lived with our parents, we could do manything for them, or just quarrel with them in trivial problems. Although they are our's mothers, the closest relation, we don't understand or just neglect to love them in normal or special ways invareably.

We all know that the greatest love is mother's love, but it sometimes seems to become a holly words in our mind. How many yonth attached real importance on mother's emotion, health, feeling? We just concerned about our own business. We usually talk about clothes, hair-style, boyfriend / girlfriend, etc. However, I rarely heared conversations about mothers.

I read an article in "reader" many years ago. I have forgotten the context, but I just remembered that a young man did many bad things, he lapsed into vice. Then he was arrested in to prison. However, his mother still hoped he could turn over a new leaf. And sometimes I saw announcentments of searching man stick on the wall or poles. Due to misunderstanding between parents and children, the child chose to run away and left his / her family. Their parents will be worried and go to mad if they can't find their children. When you go out for entertainment,she will stop worrying until you return home. She always worry about anything for you, such as your health, such as you are looking for a new job, such as you go on errands, etc. But we never concerned about this details.

So, why too many people don't set a hage value on mother? Do you know you have hurted her heart when you quarrel with her, when you be impatient to her? Compare with valentine's day, halloween day, I argue the most sacred day is mother's day. It seems common, but really very sacred. Perhap we say "I love you mum", she is moved to tears. I decide to do housework and cook a great meal for her to celebrate mother's Day on May 11th. To send a message to my boyfriend's mother and buy two bars of chocolate for deeply appreciating them. She gave me life to come to this colorful world. Parents always hope we could succeed in life. I think I gave them an excellent gift recently that I passed the MBA entrence examination. I will do my best on gaining the master degree. I hope to see forever smile on their face and heart.

All college students or people who prepared to go abroad must get this advice from English teachers that they suggest students should make note or remember words' meaning in English. Because different language culture make different expression and habits. For example, if we say "apple", the first reflection of Chinese people will thingk that it's "Ping Guo". However,native speaker will think it just a fruit. That's a very simple instance. I want to say too many English learner take more attention on words' Chinese meaning rather than English meaning. We know that languages often bring interpretations. Such as "ambitious" and "aggressive", they all mean people have strong faith to pursue and obtain something beyond his ability. But these two words have some difference. The former is a commendatory word, the latter is a derogatory word. To some degree, when we use "aggressive" to discribe a person, it means he is pushing , quarrelsome and disposes to attack. So he leaves a bad impression to others.

In spite of that, almost all the Chinese people make note in Chinese because it can save trouble and remember presicely in their mind. Yet at the beginning to study English, we could make note in Chinese, then we should wirte in English after we accumulated a quantitative words and phrases. My teacher always advise me to use English-English dictionary in learning English, to remember the English meaning of words and phrases. It's the only road to study English well.

We have no pure English environment, so we should creat English studying circumstance in China. I changed my cellphone into English input to acquaint with mobile telephone English, I use English interface to buy ticket when I take subway every time. I watched new concept English TV program, the teacher explained new words in English, so I wrote the English meaning which can know words' meaning exactly. I sometimes chat in English, think things in English, take message in English, etc.

Now, I begin to make note in English, espcially remember new words. I use English-English dictionary to see the explanation of words. Every English learner can write English article or essay or make a simple chat with foreigners, however, the expression of overwhelming learners are usually in a Chinese style. Although foreigner can understand our meaning, but our sentences are topsy-turvy in their ears. So my teacher told me that I should made English note and recited sentences of good structure or articles.

In modern competitive world, the energetic and knowledgable leaders are more and more important to companies, orgnizations and countries. However,the opinions refer to this topic are vary from individual to individual.Some people maintain that elder leaders have a great deal of experience and cool head which can do business in a moderate way. Others argue that yonth-leaders are more enthusiastic and energetic on  their jobs. And the most important point is the spirit of innovation and adventure. We know in such a rapid developing globle market and society, leaders must keep in step with the times. Therefore,I argue that China do need yonth-leader to develop our economy.   

Throughout its history,especially in China government, we found that the leadership's age had decreased gradually. In development countries, such as USA and Russia,we see the presidents are younger than China's.I really admire Bush's force and Putin's ability. Especially Putin was a spy before he run for the president. The current Chinese chairman and premier’s age is far more yonth then before, and their experience and ability is suitable for charging our country. We not only need stable social order but developming economy. So after watching premier Wen answer the questions on press comference, I am fully aware his foresight.

Well,I never spent May Day Holiday on journey.No matter long trip or short. Because considerable people choose Mad Day or National Day long holiday to go abroad or visit other cities for relax. The travel agency call this holiday golden week.Therefore,the price of air and train tickets,restaurants,scenic spots tickets are soar to new top. And you'll find a sea of faces in wherever you visit. However,as far as I'm concerned, This crowd has lost the meaning for journey.Why do I choose this time to travel? So I'd rather stay at home,or I invite some old friends having a chat in a coffee shop or eating out on this holiday.

There are always many business opportunities on May Day. Lots of shopping malls offer a great discount to consumers.However,some discount are ture,some are just a vision cheat. No matter how,they want to sale a lot in the holiday. To many officer have no time to go shopping in the working days.So they choose to buy living goods and dresses. But I like to buy things on internet which can save many time.

Different people have different opinion. For me,I like quiet life. So the best way to relax is not to travel or go to carnie.I bought some books. Due to the biggiest working pressure, I like to read books,write essaies,or listen to music at home.Sometimes I also paint canvas. Travelling always very busy. I'm very busy everyday, so, I'd like to slow the pace of living in the holiday.

I always look forward to long holiday, and I always feel the holiday is too short when I have to work after it. All people have paradoxical psychology. We felt boring when we stay at home, we hopt to go to work for earning mony, however, if the holiday passed, we felt tired to go to work. I wrote an essay many month ago. I said: We thought of ease when we were busy; we though of busyness when we were leisure. People live in a paradox invariably, In working time, we have no chance to enjoy life; In leisurely time, we have no mony to enjoy life. So the leisurely time is a luxury for whatever you are rich or poor. I have many plans to operate in the holiday, but I find that too many of them are not available. Perhaps I have lost the passion on colorful life. I just want to give me a little time to do nothing.

However, even the exhaust people have dream. I always hope that I could spend my holiday to go abroad, I dream to visit an idyllic town – Tuscany, Italy. Tuscany is such a cosy and beautiful place which can be put into an infinite imagination. So I can study many of English in the May Day holiday. To forget all works and put down all the pressure. Just relax and study.

Well, it is a little difficult to talk about this topic.I remembered that I read an article many months ago which compare with 3 generation in current society. The article said that the current generation prefer to pursue material wealth, espectially after the generation Y. They are cold, no responsibility, no love and patient.They just like to envy,make comparision with other people and also consume seriously.There is a new expression called: "la she zu" in Chinese which express this crazy generation.

To many young man like to persue brand clothes, watch, hand ladle,etc. They believe that the brand goods can represent their identity. Therefore, the so-called new tide has a harmful affect on young people. Some people began to buy expensive things just for saving their face, thought, they had to require money from their parents or just refuse to eat our for saving money on luxury goods. Why? I can't understand their behevior. My brother is one of them. He wanted to buy a LV notecase cost 600 Euro. He's only a student who just graduated from university. And he didn't get a formal occupation.

As far as I'm concered ,I argue that yound man ought to learn thrift and simplicity. An idiom said: To waste is the biggest crime. If a young man didn't understand how to save money, how could he step into real life? We should attach great importance on spiritual nourishment, such as hard to learn foreign languages for improving our competitive power, hard to work for getting some sence of achievment,etc. So in my opinion, all the young man should join up troop after graduating from university or high-school which undergo  rigorous trails. The fickle young men should cool their mind.
