HR manager gave me the good idea and helped me discuss with my boss,finally,I just had more two months salary, and left the company at that day,Thanks.

Hello, eveybody, I come back.Finally,I leave the company at the end of Sep., thank you for your care.Now,I am very happy and blessed,and I have already started the preparing of job,in Oct, I accepted several company information for Job-interview,I believe everything will be good.

of course, I have finished fitment of my house,and we mean to move to new house at the end of Nov..

 

The mid-autumn festival is coming,everybody is receving and sending the mobile phone information for greeting each other, me too.wish everybody happy the mid-autumn festival and happy everyday.A calling from my the best friends in Shanghai,three years,though we contact each other,several minutes is so short. we hope we have chance for reunion.

Long long ago,there were a dog and a donkey in the yard,but the donkey was not happy every day,because he thought the host liked the dog beter than him.Every time, the dog turned around the host and bend over the shoulder of host,sometimes lapped the host face to make the host happy while the host came into the door,so the dnkey envied very much.

One day, the donkey did like what the dog did,turned around the host and bend over the shoulder of host,lapped the host face to make the host happy and so on,but the donkey was unlucky, he scared the host and took the punishment of flagellum.

So,some bosses like the colleagues seem the dog to turn arround,some bosses like the colleagues seem the donkey to work hard,if you were a donkey,do not need to act as a dog.Maybe I am a donkey too, and a foolish donkey.

Recently, I read the two stories from magazines about punishment.it is very interesting and meaning.

One: A driver made the  young 18 years-old girl dead in the accident,for this,the driver finally promised to pay One dollar every week to the girl's parents in the future 18 years based on the parents' requirement and court's decree, after 8 years,the driver did not bear the pain for every week he remembered the young girl and the accident so that the driver applied to refuse the payment term,but the court did not agree.the parents did not care the money every week one dollar,but the driver should suffer the pain and ordeal in his heart by the special punishment.

Finally, it came that it should have come.At last,you only gave up,yes, nobody forced you to quit,but I did not forgive myself to be unworthy to hard work for the boss,also,the employee is ignorant and do not know the basic knownlege.well,I am not smart and clever,but I know how to study,how to ask,how to communicate,and accordiang as my rich experiences and professional training to meet all requirement from any departments and customers.Today,my boss invite the HK employees of her husband's company to check and communicate and improve the SAP operation,but her husband's company is only for trading.I have never known why after SAP operation about 15 months,still some terrible problems of basic did not solve and settle, when the second SAP operaiton after the fist SAP operation was 6 month ago,the scond SAP operaiton was worse than the first SAP.why? it is not problem of SAP,it is problem of company operaiton and procedure and the idea, thought of boss.the foolish problem have already effected the operation of the whole company, the worest is that the finance department even become confused.I did not know why the boss can not listen to any professional and useful idea and suggestion.I think first is she does not know management at all;second is she want to prove her is the best smart...nobody to help her,neither her favorite, nore she disliked.Chinese adage:亲小人,远贤臣, the result have been proved by all dynasties of China.I did not care what happened,in fact,东边不亮,西边亮! AH AH AH AH...

My god, I was just blamed,even insulted,For I did not finish work in time,I sufferred again,in fact,according as her idea and requirement, it is no way to begin.I even told her what we should to improve, she did not take my suggestion, several months later, she was crazy to blame me why did not finish, I always hope I can take a clear and clever idea from my boss, but never, I had to suppress my anger and left her office.sometimes, I had to give up our insistence,though you are smart, because the woman is one that gives you salary every month.Recently, leaving the company is my best and only one way to me, so I am crazy to seeking new job every day,every week...I do not know how many to complain,finally,I take a truth that only boss like you,you will have all that you want,if you boss does not like you, you should leave earlier,do not waste your time and intelligence.

From Jun to August, I had four job-interview, but every times failed.I must re-cognize myself. I always think I am the best, and have rich and special business knowleges,maybe over-confident.I do not think there are big defects to me,so,why,I think so long.Seeking work is like seeking girl-friend,the company you love does not belong to you,the job you do not love exactly need you to join.my god,what happened on earth.Positive attitude!don not be disappointed! tomorrow is a new day.I believe,wherever the gold alway shine.

When you are angry,it is difficult to control youself,so,two notice as below;

1.You become angry,you will lose your nous,and can not identify anything,only shout at to someone or something,so you lost your grace,because of your rude behavīor,on the contrary,your colleagues,your subordination and even your friends and family relatives will be far away from you.I think as a leader,you can not put yourselves on the terrible situation.

2.Role exchange; it is meaning you can think about and fell if you was him and in the same situation.if one day you do something wrong,someone will do with you like that you do with him,I think nobody would accept the attitude.

Because everybody desire to be respected, and appreciated,and nobody would accept the rude behavīor and anger though your suggestion is correct. so sometime, we can accept your suggestion and opinion,even help,but I can not endure your attitude.

So, We need smile forever for everything.Trust yourself,you can!

 

 

 

 

Finally, I see, I have to control my temper and change my character. I know it is difficult to realise,maybe, once I change,I will become adult and sober. I need it really?I do not know,at least,for my work,perhaps,you must pretend to do it like adult man,if you are not happy like this,you will do it?

How to control, I do not konw, so, would you give us some advices to control it?

Stock, everydody buy stock, all chinese is shareholder,servial families are happy for making more money,servial families are heartrending for losing more money,it is a game! I do not join it, because I do not how to handle.

Tired,painful to me for the work.Maybe,I can not satisfy the present situation,perhaps,I am not adult to face the trouble,or my life pressure is too hard to lost my encouragement... I do not know, I think you all should be happy everyday, but I do not feel.maybe,I have more complain to life, work,I know it is not good like that, I have no way to get rid of the unhappy trouble.

I think I have to adjust my atittude to life and work,I attempt to find a new job, I have so much job-interview, but none successed,at last, I have to think why I can not catch the chance,why I lose,Finally, my HR manager told me that you have enough abilities and experiences to suit the job,you are so confident,but your behavīor is not adult so that they do not trust,and hesitate.so...I do not have words.

Recently,I am really busy,and I feel so tired.

My house will be designed,and the fitment will start the next week, designing company quotation, materials selecting,moniter the work and so on.

My driving license, how long I do not come to train the drving skill, only the firt examination past.no time.

My study-self for logistics, only tow courses past.

I have to work overtime for the bothering business for the company.

Oh,my god.

 

 

After the boss (GM) fired the purchaser(Buyer),the situation in office became worse and worse,I do not know whether the buyer is only a lamb,at last,it is a replacement for all mistakes which occured in everywhere.Of course,the buyer left,and gave a good promotion to the others.so that, a part of employee have to face the same trouble like as the buyer,because nobody can know who will be the next one.when I came to the company last year, I think my choose is right,but now, I have to admit I regret coming here and working hard for everything,I feel it is not worth spending my all time to work for it for her for anything, but I have to stay here temporarily for living.I hate that. It is reported that I will be the next one, I am very happy to hear it, but it is not true,only omeone worry about so much. I do not persuade myself to stay here, making boss happy became the most important mission to part of colleagues, I do not understand why.
