we have know that there are many things come out everyday, you'd deal with them , and

 solve the problems! what can we do is limited, it is not neccessary for us take all

of that do many things , it is not realistic!~

so we have to complete them which are more important !~

We meet many kinds of errors , whenever ,everywhere!

You can change the negative or positive attitude , take actions or waiting news whatever bad or good. One day , we find we have made mistakes just before , what are you thinking? surprised ?Say sorry to somebody? Ask the god , what have I done, please forgive me !

No one will forgive you, maybe no one will hate you, too. just you hate yourself .

When you make mistakes, do not say to yourself, I am so sorry , I should not do that ,just to find out the reasons of the errors , find the ways to do well .

Maybe one day , we will find that so kid when we are older for what we have done!

today i  have maken a big mistake when working,

i installed die opposite station, lucky the technologist find the problem before the

die working  ,the die would be broken if die worked , 

so,before take actions, you'd to think over anything !

good action better than more action, no one can stop your action!

we had a visit to Happy World Of ChangLong the day before yestoday ,

it was so great and it was full of happiness and  excitement, we had taken part in

many activities during the visit.

 Falling down from the place with fourty mitre , and i felt that i lost the weight

and it is empty in my heart ,anymore the set was  rotating and rolling.

i took the mountain train,too. it was so fast and i can't see anything almost, it had

ten rotates , it was number one in Asia。

one more thing , the mountain  motorbike  was a excitement game , it can improve

the speed at the short time , the feeling was so cool.

there were also many other games , maybe i will go in the next time with my friends

tonight we won the match ,so pity no photoes , and we have  gotten the semifinal place,  we are so happy ,and we had a drinking just now ,

it is a hard match ,it is 0:0 after fourty-night minutes , so we had the addtion match, but ir was 0:0,too, so have the terrible way to solve it----shooting!

we won the game at last ! haha

it is two months after first job, thought i just graduacte from colleage ,but  the

experice is limited and sometimes what i think is not really, it is new

environment ,even fresh . I don't know what to do and how do, are there any princples

it is the fourth time for me ,i have been GuangZhou for three time before that,

my friends go with me ,and they had their time when we got to GuangZhou,and i got to

my GuangZhou city and PanYu, it was wasting time on the bus , and it is so far ,at

last i went back DongGuan at 8 PM,.

GuangZhou is a beautiful city , it is full of men and women everywhere,

it is expersive to take the bus and the undergroud subway,

but you will find so many beautiful cars ,too.

i receive one calling from my sister-in-law, she gave me bad new about  elder

brother will give up the job.

my elder brother made some mistake before , and father haven't forgive him now ,it is

long time ,

sometimes i feel bad when father talk about him , i do not know how to help him and

let him come out from the bad feeling , become stronger,

maybe  i did so many sports ,and today felt tired when  working, and almost slept

however technologist told me so much about operation and technology , it is

difficutly to take  more operation and learn the die structure for a new man in

company! Thought  i learned the knowledge about die and mold when i studyed in 

colleage  but it is the best condition ,maybe it is not reality.what we have learned

in school is the ideal one.the ideal one must be verited by the reality.

 what others say is what they are thinking, but yours,we should think about it and

take our heart to understand what they say,find the usefull one!

today we had a football match ,it was the real one ,but it was broken by the weather,

so pity!~  and we were so disappointed! it was raining after the game started!~ and

it stop later ,but the players went back, just the game over!

 i am so tired today , we had a football match today , we loss the game ,but we were glad ,too

Sports can give us many things ,just like the healthy ,resist the pressure and

friends.

the playgroud had be setted up last three months,the grass is not good ,but it is

better than having  nothing.

i have not played the football for four years ,don't have any skill and just

running and running. i can run fast and breake their attack, so i just to be a

fullback. but it is important for fullback when their attack,do make mistake or you

 will get  the biggest shock.so no mistake for the fullback ,even a little one.

Today i work as before ,but it is different from days before, I learned somethings

from my job, you did keep a clearing mind whenever, and thinking what should you do

and how to do well,before your action ask yourselve "is it neccessary?"

what others sayed sometimes are right ,but sometimes wrong,so we should clear which

one is right and wrong!

last three days , we have a report ,after the report ,a manager gave some advices ,we

need keep learning English, because our company is foreign company.maybe one day you

should communicate with the boss! Get ready before action!

from the day we leave school, we start our job, maybe they are different,what you are doing now maybe is not what you want to have ,but it does't matter, the future is more important ,what you are doing is not the most important, what you will do the most important,that need some minutes, so just do it ,and never mind !

we need the tool to get what you want to get, what you are doing is a purduce of it,

when we are dong somethings ,we need to keep learning, that is very important ,

so many people say that for me,  they are enginner,menager,worker and so on

learning is a tool to be succseful.
