The following day, there was a strong horse near the farmer’s field. Because he didn’t have cow, he thought about the horse can be used to plough for him instead of the cow. He caught the horse. How happy he was. He returned to apologize and say: ‘you are right. It is not worst thing to lose my cow in the world. If not, I would not catch a new horse. You must agree with me. It is the best thing in the world. The wisdom said again: maybe it is and maybe not. The farmer thought he said the same words and he must be mad.
However, the farmer didn’t know what would happen next. After days, his son was thrown when he was riding horse. His leg broken so that he could not do anything. ‘Oh, no!’ the farmer thought, ‘this time we will starve to death.’ He visited the wisdom again. He told the wisdom that why did you know it is not good thing to catch the horse. ‘You are right and my son hurt and can’t help me. I am sure there is no worse thing in the world. You must agree with my opinion.’ But as before the wisdom looked at the farmer and said with sympathy: ‘maybe it is and maybe not.’ The farmer was so annoyed and returned angrily.
The following day, the army called in young men to join. The only one who needn’t go was the farmer’s son because of his leg.
In the fact we don’t know what will happen. We only think we know it. We always consider a small thing as a big. We imagine the all terrible situation which may occur. We are wrong most of time. If we keep our head and bear any possibility, we can conclude reasonably. At last everything happens for the best. Please remember: maybe it is and maybe it is not.
