I got a job as a assistant teacher in a trainning school,   and now i am doing the work in the practising period. As far as the task is concerned, i think that maybe i am a baby-sitter rather than a teacher, as these students are all slack, sticking to the bed every morning. Asking them to get up or persuade them to do study is the tough task for me. Among all the students, many of them, including girls, are smorking and drinking, which shocked me at the first sight.

I had a thought to quit the position yesterday when i find it is difficult to summon up all of them together to start the class. But my character didn't allow me to give up easily, i'd rather wait to be fired by them. Maybe this is a chance to learn how to get along with different kinds of people, and how to tolerate the action that i am not used to , and how to cut down my firing nature. Buiding friendship with each student is an integral part to what i do, and the setback will be a lesson to me.

What i must get from the experience is to enrich myself to adapt to every new circumstance. Meanwhile i have the preparation to leave the team at any time, for they are picky students, from whealthy family. And the administration of the center doesn not  responsile for students' living and learining. Any how, i should try my best to do my duty and do whatever i am required well. No matter what the result is, i have to envisage the result.

Have you ever heard the music in my blog? it's BB's <<one year's anniversary >>, i don't know whether it can be translated into it, as the Chinese name <<一周年>>. if i did it wrong, please help me correct it.

I have no idea what you will thinking of when you listen to the music. but, i want to share my thoughts with everyone. The music makes me recall my anniversary, although not one year's. Many similar scenary lingered on my mind,with regreting and suffering. Having lost abundant of happy memories, i still live in the past. Sometimes, i find i am  acting a character despised by myself,　so bigoted that nobody can argue with me.

So attached to a certain thing or to a somebody is unreasonable. Old saying " yesterday is a history; tomorrow is a mystery,only today is a gift, that's why we called it present."  so freeing  my mind, and looking  for another　wonderful sky, is what i need to do badly.

Recently, i took an interview to be a teacher in  a training school.This was the second time that i tried to be interviewed in my life. Whereas, it seemed that i was fail to be enrolled, for i got no answer yet. very defeated by the results, i had no mood to do anything, for fear laughing at by my roommates, as they all knew that i prepare the interview. Since a long time , I had no courage to find a job, from the fear i may be refused, but when i finally try to face the competitive chance, i was still can not escape the fate of failure.

ever time , when i persuaded my friends who was setbacked by the job-seeking, i find a list of excuses and reasons to comfort them to encourage them. however, i can actually not find a suitable way to explain my failure , maybe i did not do well in the performance.  i had no practicle experience,, and this was the big problem. How can i walk out the first step to society, how can i catch a chance to be succeed. i am confused now.

This is a poem that i excerpt from a magazine. I think it is natural and simple when i first read it at the first sight. I read an article about Naicha-Liu Ruoying whose love to her master touched me.

loving her songs since a long time ago, i was always moved by her voice and gesture.

I admit that Naicha is the second favorite singer besides Bibi.

She loved her master discreetly and unspokenly, as the man have had a family, and they  won't have any results. Remaining a single for many years, Naicha kept the persistent and loyal love to him who had the same feeling toward her. Their eye-contact was full of emotion and understanding. it seemed that they are doomed to keep distant although they love each other.

Chen Sheng sang the sing, named Kite, to console the crying Naicha, With the picture of  Chen's attentiveness and Naicha's tears mixed together.

I cried from the begin to the end when i watched the TV programe hosted by Hou peici  who also shred tears all the times.

For Naicha's consistent to love, for her's unideal love, for the same case i am facing with, i am touched.

writing this essay to express my congratulation to the little boy_Ham.

Reluctanting to admit that i am a fan of him, i really care about the struggling boy.

From the very beginning day when he stands on the singing stage, he bore the huge controversial from other fans and audience for his imperfect singing.

What's more, when he standed on  the dancing stage, some mockery and cutting remarks once again stroke him.

However, the inner-heart-strengthen DD  shut the suspecting people's mouth by his own efforts and competence. His modesty and diligence made his success and won many people's approvement and prise.

i want to say that the Champion　is the consequent on his hard work, and he deserve the glory.

Meanwhile, the loyal and supporting fans are his backup force whose love to him is immovable and unshaken, for they ignore the outer stress on them.

Everyone who loves DD is proud for him and proud for his belief.

Just as one artist said : a person who has a purity heart will have a promising future. i firmly believe that BB and DD are the lucky ones for i love them both.

When speaking of music, i am really a layman. So of course i am a bad singer.  i only listen to music when being in low mood.

Zhou xiaobi is the only favorite singer that i most like, for the pure love, love her, love her music, love whatever she did. Evertime, a strange and impulse motivation to shred tears when listening her music. very ridiculous!

Maybe the reason is "love me like my dog".

Bibi's fans are a big community in my eyes. They have much common things with her. Searching for the aspiration in the great fans club is what i usually do .

Every one has a dark secret in his or her inner heart, no exception to me. Saying it is a secret on the ground that i never confessed to my old friends, however, they know it.

I , a little insane girl sometimes, keep thinking about a married man who make me unforgetable. We have a sensitive relation, close in heart, far in physical. i tell myself once again that the reason why i think so is that i haven't find a better one. Maybe yes, but the fact is that i don't have the idea to find a marriage partner. i am waitting, waitting for a far and unrealized result. He never give me a promise, and i never ask a result. we both only say the sense of missing in telephone.

last time, one of my most shrewed friend said something to me which touches me a lot. what he said can be summarized as this : love someone is good; keeping love someone is better; but stick to loving someone who has no feeling about you is stupid.

Clever or stupid? when i think of the matter in my heart, sometimes i am moved by my sincerity  and persistence, but it turned out to be stupid. I cann't accept it. He tell me to close the informal relation as soon as possible.

what should i do? how can i forget someone?

Three days ago, i went to Honghu  located in Jingzhou city, Hubei Province, together with one of my uncle. Before going there, i heard the name of the place from a TV program-'happy china's tour". It was reported that this is a beautiful city with great natural scenery. When we were on the way to Honghu, I imagined how the place is. But it was not so splendid as i thought about. Upon reaching that place, it began to rain, welcoming us in this special way. That is a place which is undergoing a gradual development. My uncle invested a chemical company there and he invited me to visit the company.

Living with the business men like my uncle, i produced an idea to do business in the future, and this is a dream in my heart when i was in high school. I like green things like vegetables, trees and flowers. To own a big farm like in the English movies is my best wishes, Planting the high-tech vegetables, building a multi-function holiday village. This scene is hovering in my mind all the times, not only in dreams. However, i don't admit it before my uncle. I told him that i want to be a university teacher after graduation and he entrusted someone to find a job as a teacher for me. I made a plan that being a teacher is the first step in my career, then do business secondly after i have some foundation.

I don't know how to translate the title of Chi Li's book,"所以". As i usually say "because...so....", so i translate it into "so".  So many causes in life, accordingly there is also  so much  "so" accompied these. The story is about a girl or woman (more precisely), who experienced suffering and hardships in her life, having relation with three men . Very pity is the three men were not worthy loving or marring. The first one who deceived her is a useless idiot, his useless is shown in his poor education and ability. The false marriage and the absurd divorce announce  hers failure in love. The second is a soldier who is traditional and has nothing in common with the author. Her betray colses their relationship. The most curel men is her husband - the third man who attracts  her at first, however the true face of the cruel man is discovered in the daily life. He is a self-righteousness and stubborn man, and has no ability to support their family. When his abnormal relation with another man is discovered by his wife, their marrige also goes to the end.

This is my first time to read Chi Li's book, in spite of hearing so much about her before. The initiate feeling is so nice as the place she descried is Wu Han where i am living now. The places described in her book are a little familar to me. When i finish this book, i can share the sorrowness with the "author', with her bleeding love. Keep bledding love can very well illustrate  her marrige. She tries not to care what people say , but their pirecing sound make her heard.  once or twice is enough, but the three times failure love cannot be understood by people.

Actually, woman is insane before love in people's eyes. They need someone to warm up the loneliness hearts. why woman is the hurted  before love?

on a late night, one of my male friend sent a message to me: "have you slept". Of course, i didn't, as i was surfing on the internet as usaul. With my intuition, i got to know he must be upset for something, something that he didn't like to be conceived by other people. He was a very self-centered and esteemed person, and did not disclose any message about his personal life to common friends. Sometimes, i was excluded, as we were very close in heart. Exchanging some greetings, he asked :"supposed we were couples , what deeds i have done that you cannot bear"?Seeing his message, i felt a little bitter. i don't know why. Maybe he had some unpleasant thing with his wife or mybe he was troubled by other family things. I didn't ask why he asked this question, because i know he would't tell me.

Following this message, he added one sentence: as you understood me, so on ly you can gave me the answer.

Did i understand him? Perhaps yes, many years friendship made us so close in heart.

I really wanted to tell him that i can bear anything he made in my heart if we were couples. But i cannot say that. Instead, i told him to me more gentle towards his partner, to be less manlism in family affairs.

Then he continued asked what personality that i liked him?

I had to lie to him about this question, by saying that this belonged to the past, i didn't like him any more. God knew this was not the fact. I can'nt forget him all the years although he got married. His shadow lingered in the dark corner of my heart. however, i cannlt tell him all of this, for there was no meaning to do this.

He had family and should took responsibility, though maybe he didn;t lived a very happy life.

I and he still keep an intimate relation just in each other's heart. Sometimes, i trie to close this relationship, but i failed.

Today is Wmen's Day, but it seems to be nothing with me. As an old enough to be a women but still unmarried female, the day makes me feel a little lonely. Anyhow, i wish all the women, nomatter girl or the married , have a happy hour.

International Women's Day is an occasion marked by women's groups around the world. This date is also commemorated at the United Nations and is designated in many countries as a national holiday. When women on all continents, often divided by national boundaries and by ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate their Day, they can look back to a tradition that represents at least nine decades of struggle for equality, justice, peace and development.

International Women's Day is the story of ordinary women as makers of history; it is rooted in the centuries-old struggle of women to participate in society on an equal footing with men. In ancient Greece, Lysistrata initiated a sexual strike against men in order to end war; during the French Revolution, Parisian women calling for "liberty, equality, fraternity" marched on Versailles to demand women's suffrage.

The idea of an International Women's Day first arose at the turn of the century, which in the industrialized world was a period of expansion and turbulence, booming population growth and radical ideologies.

In the years before 1910, from the turn of the 20th century, women in industrially developing countries were entering paid work in some numbers. Their jobs were sex segregated, mainly in textiles, manufacturing and domestic services where conditions were wretched and wages worse than depressed. Trade unions were developing and industrial disputes broke out, including among sections of non-unionised women workers. In Europe, the flames of revolution were being kindled.

Many of the changes taking place in women's lives pushed against the political restrictions surrounding them. Throughout Europe, Britain, America and, to a lesser extent, Australia, women from all social strata began to campaign for the right to vote.

In the United States in 1903, women trade unionists and liberal professional women who were also campaigning for women's voting rights set up the Women's Trade Union League to help organise women in paid work around their political and economic welfare. These were dismal and bitter years for many women with terrible working conditions and home lives riven by poverty and often violence.

In 1908, on the last Sunday in February, socialist women in the United States initiated the first Women's Day when large demonstrations took place calling for the vote and the political and economic rights of women. The following year, 2,000 people attended a Women's Day rally in Manhattan.

In 1910 Women's Day was taken up by socialists and feminists throughout the country. Later that year delegates went to the second International Conference of Socialist Women in Copenhagen with the intention of proposing that Women's Day become an international event. The notion of international solidarity between the exploited workers of the world had long been established as a socialist principle, though largely an unrealised one. The idea of women organising politically as women was much more controversial within the socialist movement. At that time, however, the German Socialist Party had a strong influence on the international socialist movement and that party had many advocates for the rights of women, , including leaders such as Clara Zetkin.

Inspired by the actions of US women workers and their socialist sisters, Clara Zetkin ;had already framed a proposal to put to the conference of socialist women that women throughout the world should focus on a particular day each year to press for their demands. The conference of over 100 women from 17 countries, representing unions, socialist parties, working women's clubs, and including the first three women elected to the Finnish parliament, greeted Zetkin's suggestion with unanimous approval and International Women's Day was the result.

That conference also reasserted the importance of women's right to vote, dissociated itself from voting systems based on property rights and called for universal suffrage - the right to vote for all adult women and men The voice of dissent on this decision came from the English group led by Mrs. Despard of the Women's Freedom League, a group actively engaged in the suffragette movement.

Conference also called for maternity benefits which, despite an intervention by Alexandra Kollontai on behalf of unmarried mothers, were to be for married women only. It also decided to oppose night work as being detrimental to the health of most working women, though Swedish and Danish working women who were present asserted that night work was essential to their livelihood.

Goodbye to the vacation, i have come back school for four days in advance because of the homework. Very sadly, the bad luck penetrated in my life, losting the room key, breaking the thermos，and the lights stop working. every night, i had only to spend in the darkness. having received the cell from somebody two times, we had a merry time on the phone. i don't know why we cannot do this when i was at home. Both are thinking about a lot; both are cowardy and stubborn. We are torturing each other in a strang way-the more intimate in heart, the more indifferent in face!

Spring is coming, i hope somebody will do a big bussiness and i will also find an excellent job. more importantly, i wish my family memembers good health, partcularly my Mom.
