    Finding your first job is easy.

    You send in your resume for a position to which no one else is applying.

    You get a call back right away, have a successful interview (during which you are promptly offered the job) and of course you’re offered the salary to last a lifetime. Nothin’ to it. Dream on.

    A more likely scenario might look something like this: You send out multiple copies of your resume to several different positions that have hundreds of other applicants.

    Maybe (if you’re lucky) you’ll hear back from five employers. Of those five, you might get two or three interviews, none of which will go as seamlessly as you think.

    1. Ponder reasonable expectations for an entry-level salary. Research your desired industry and the jobs you're interested in within that sector. Use that knowledge when deciding if a salary offer will be enough to pay the bills.

    Tomorrow is BB's birthday, as an older supporter, i give my profound bless to her. These days, she was immersed in the dissension with her record company. At this critical stage, as many untrue reports  surrounded her, the loyal fans choose various methods to celebrate her 23-year birthday, to express their persisting support to her.

  • facing a dilemma

    I have done the work as a assitant teacher for nearly a month. As far as the job is concerned, this is a huge challenge for me, as the group of students from wealthy family are hard to cope with. Just as what i have mentioned before, even some girls are drunkard and heavy somker, as a result they often make problem in dormitory. Being a teacher, i am doomed to be in charge of their study and life, however, i find i am unable to control their crazy behavīor.

    I was told that there were two teachers were fired and dismissed from the trainning school before my coming, because of the students' complainment. As a matter of fact, the group of students requires too much and are too picky. Not every one can bear their living and study habits.

    After thinking a lot, i put forward to resign the job yesterday. But the leader advised me to continue the work today ,  listing many reasons. what she had said was not uncorrectly, as not everything goes smoothly. And what i am persisting for so many days lies in i cherish the work experience and they confirm my ability. Whereas, i don't want to continue to endure the meantal torture.from another point of view, i should not deny myself before the leader deny me. So to resign or stay , this is the problem.

    To myself:

    Having learnt many years, i really lack in teaching , with no practicle experience. So this time, since i have got the job and accepted the position, i must spare no effort to fulfil my responsibility , nomatter how difficulities that i am facing , nomatter how poor the payment is. From the bottom to do, this the first step and necessary procedure for me to begin my life career. i will persist until i succeed, with positive attitude and stong will.

  • about the work

    I got a job as a assistant teacher in a trainning school,   and now i am doing the work in the practising period. As far as the task is concerned, i think that maybe i am a baby-sitter rather than a teacher, as these students are all slack, sticking to the bed every morning. Asking them to get up or persuade them to do study is the tough task for me. Among all the students, many of them, including girls, are smorking and drinking, which shocked me at the first sight.

    I had a thought to quit the position yesterday when i find it is difficult to summon up all of them together to start the class. But my character didn't allow me to give up easily, i'd rather wait to be fired by them. Maybe this is a chance to learn how to get along with different kinds of people, and how to tolerate the action that i am not used to , and how to cut down my firing nature. Buiding friendship with each student is an integral part to what i do, and the setback will be a lesson to me.

    What i must get from the experience is to enrich myself to adapt to every new circumstance. Meanwhile i have the preparation to leave the team at any time, for they are picky students, from whealthy family. And the administration of the center doesn not  responsile for students' living and learining. Any how, i should try my best to do my duty and do whatever i am required well. No matter what the result is, i have to envisage the result.
