I got a job as a assistant teacher in a trainning school,   and now i am doing the work in the practising period. As far as the task is concerned, i think that maybe i am a baby-sitter rather than a teacher, as these students are all slack, sticking to the bed every morning. Asking them to get up or persuade them to do study is the tough task for me. Among all the students, many of them, including girls, are smorking and drinking, which shocked me at the first sight.

I had a thought to quit the position yesterday when i find it is difficult to summon up all of them together to start the class. But my character didn't allow me to give up easily, i'd rather wait to be fired by them. Maybe this is a chance to learn how to get along with different kinds of people, and how to tolerate the action that i am not used to , and how to cut down my firing nature. Buiding friendship with each student is an integral part to what i do, and the setback will be a lesson to me.

What i must get from the experience is to enrich myself to adapt to every new circumstance. Meanwhile i have the preparation to leave the team at any time, for they are picky students, from whealthy family. And the administration of the center doesn not  responsile for students' living and learining. Any how, i should try my best to do my duty and do whatever i am required well. No matter what the result is, i have to envisage the result.
