got a hit

Recently, i took an interview to be a teacher in  a training school.This was the second time that i tried to be interviewed in my life. Whereas, it seemed that i was fail to be enrolled, for i got no answer yet. very defeated by the results, i had no mood to do anything, for fear laughing at by my roommates, as they all knew that i prepare the interview. Since a long time , I had no courage to find a job, from the fear i may be refused, but when i finally try to face the competitive chance, i was still can not escape the fate of failure.

ever time , when i persuaded my friends who was setbacked by the job-seeking, i find a list of excuses and reasons to comfort them to encourage them. however, i can actually not find a suitable way to explain my failure , maybe i did not do well in the performance.  i had no practicle experience,, and this was the big problem. How can i walk out the first step to society, how can i catch a chance to be succeed. i am confused now.
