Every one need to reveal and express herself/himself, if not, she/he will be crazy.
Share our happiness with others, we will be more and more happy; share our sadness with others, we will be more and more released.
Life is full of hardness and suddenness, so we must prepare to face everything...the first thing is to find the way out and the second thing is to reveal and express ourself, to share our feelings with others... so that our life will become more and more colorful!!!
We could not refused the sadness, but we can create happiness! We could not change our out-looking, but we can change our attitude to life, to be positive and affirmative!!!
