Yesterday afternoon,I went to Cixi for business trip,and I arrived at Hangzhou first @ 16:30,and then I reserved a ticket to Cixi,and went to East Station right away. It's already 20:00 when I arrived at Cixi.
The main goal is to make sure that all of the goods(SLEEVE) to be shipped to Germany are wholy perfect in quality,and check if the supplier has done correctly at each aspect.
Today,I was lead to the material factory,to purchase a specified 45# Carbon Steel Square Wire,but no stock,but the customer needs the samples urgently,we have to purchase the Board,and sent to Grinding Works to make the width go into normal tolerance,and then have the square board cut into a size we want,the last step is to tap the hole and form the thread. By my estimate,the samples will be ok by tomorrow afternoon,and have them delivered to my company.
The main purpose of today,is to check the SLEEVE TUBE,my plans:
1. Check the surface to be clean,and no burrs or sharp edges;
2. Make sure all sizes are within the specified tolerance of the drawing;
3. If the imperfect parts' percentage is high,I'll ask the supplier to sort fully,and disregard of the "NO GOOD" ones;
4. Choose 15PCS rankly,and have them delivered to my company,and try for salt spray test,to make sure all parts can pass 72hrs,no red rust,and the thickness above 8um;
5. Meanwhile,we must send samples prior to shipment,for customer approval,once they approve and agree,we'll won't worry any more,we can ship immediatly!
In addition,we can pack the goods,and make the pallet,and put on the labels on each small box.
