7 days in Supplier's Works

    On the whole,the job here is really tough,but not very difficult and disappointing. So many affairs to deal with every day,and have to solve many trivial problems. What I concern and feel good is all the problems have been conquered.

   My Main Note Each Day:

1. 10/17 First day to work here,and I went to purchase material for one sample(NUT M6 & M6),and push the supplier to finish the sample production and ship back to my company the next day;

   And go to the supplier's Tapping Zone,to check if the hole is within the tolerence we require,and ask them to remove all burrs in and outside,and order them to finish thread tapping asap,and ship 10KPCS around;

   Check and measure the tolerance and sizes of the SLEEVE in three specs,46.5,58,87,and make sure the surface and the inner hole is clean and can pass the Salt Spray Test,and must know the Finish Thickness,I sent 10PCS of each spec,and await the result; 

2. 10/18 Get the material done for the two nuts,and have the board cut into specified sizes,and many inquiries for quote; Have the M6*18.8 Bushing Nut shipped back late in the night,have the 100PCS of the Square Nut samples delivered; Wanrong has put the SLEEVE SAMPLES into Salt Spray Tester,and I call to Dave to confirm we ship the goods in 2 batches,for there are only 4 pallets;

  Go to see Injection Machines and Grinding Machines and Clamping Machines;

3. 10.19  ∮58 of the Sleeve is ok,and have the goods packed,

4.  10.20 Search for competitive shipper and DB pallet supplier;

5. 10/21 Have the disqualified finished SLEEVES refund to the Electroplate factory,and start to attach shipping labels on the small box;it lasted to late 11:30 of the night; 

6. 10/22  Find the DB Pallet supplier,and have my hari cut short in the night,during the night,I quote to my customer ROLY,and Dave called me,and placed an order with high profit margin,I forwarded to HIS Designated supplier,I just help him to transship the goods;

7. 10/23 Finally find the qualified Pallet supplier,and reserved 4pcs;totally 420RMB;

8. 10/24 We drive to take back the DB Pallets,and start to put the packed goods on the pallets;

   ROLY called me,the pipe has been accepted by the client,and will come to our works to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, she will lead a team with her client to audit my company in a few days,maybe next week,I will go back to my company tomorrow,and will prepare for the audit carefully !
